I’m considering purchasing this theme and can’t find any info about extra fees for things not included in the theme purchase price. Can you tell me what the total cost is for any assets, stock images, and any other items that are not included in the license?

The reviews on this theme must be fake, because once you install the theme, it becomes immediately apparent that this theme is essentially impossible to customize without having to recreate much of the site in photoshop and CSS.

I feel cheated.
