Hi – There is no where to update social links in footer or change copyright background color – also the side panel doesn’t show neither does the cart button.. its a great theme but some of the features simply do not work… what to do about this??

So this theme is not compatible with woo commerce? How do we sell? I can’t integrate courses. I can’t customize alot of your widgets they are just stuck.. I can’t submit a support ticket… like what is this … I did all this work and can’t make simple updates for client I would have to buy an entirely different theme… is there an. update that you guys have? is this meant to to look just as you have it no customization???
This is horrible and your theme isn’t cheap so I just don’t understand why you would make a theme that’s not at minimum compatible with woo commerce the major Ecommerce platform for Wordpress. I’m really disappointed.. I’m going to have to custom script around all of this just to avoid starting this entire project over… I am beyond frustrated
This theme is not working with the default ecommerce plugin for woocommerce – I can’t submit a ticket because your platform doesn’t recognize my purchase code… I reached out in the comments a few times but I’ve done to much work to turn around now.. I talked for hours with go daddy.. elementor support and woocommerce .. activated a different theme and everything works so we know its your theme that is the issue here.. is there an updated download that is compatible with woocommerce and mailchimp ??? the contact forms don’t even render correctly and the styling is off which is just very strange HELP ME PLEASE .. I’m on a super tight deadline and can not afford to start over.. I just can not – so frustrated
Hi sir, woocommerce Not support with Bngtech but if you give us some days we will add woocommerce. Before purchase any theme you should check your requriemnt is full or not. and we not mention that this theme support woocommerce. Please create support ticket. Thanks.

very nice theme but the last time I looked at it it was $60 today the price has exploded even though I already had the initial budget

I have downloaded this theme from envato elements (this template is available officially from that site) and I sent you the license/proof. But you said “Free support is not included with Envato Elements Item, We just provide support for Envato market if there have any theme features issue.”
This theme has a bug (cannot change text button Get A Quote), same as user samgaw above. If the theme does work properly, we would not have reached out to you anymore. I am not asking you to login to my website just to fix my website.
If you think this is not a bug (fendytan and samgaw are the ones don’t know how to change), it’s fine Sir. Have a good day.

I know it’s not, but increasing the price after telling me, we will refund you the HTML theme money after you buy the wordpress one. This is what I came here, Because a human doesn’t do that. I don’t want the refund I just pay the 12$ for that neither would I be rich nor poor.
