Anybody else having an issue with the Top Social Bar ? The links (facebook, instagram) work when using right click -> open in a new window, but when clicking the link with the left click nothing happens. Inspect elements is showing a correct link though
when you put the social link in the url box, make sure that you put the full url ex. https://facebook.com/USERNAME

Hi, at invoice email the logo appears twice. It shouldn’t do this, right? I’m afraid that if I edit mail-util.php code may mess it & everytime Tourmaster will update, I’ll have to do it again. I am wrong? Can it be solved in a better chance?

You can remove the default invoice logo in: tourmaster/images/ then remove the invoice logo in: Tourmaster > General > Invoice Settings.

I have a few pre-sale questions, is it possible using this plugin to:
- List all passengers that are booked and fully paid onto each trip, so a passenger list can be printed out for the driver?
- Add different pricing types for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and OAP aswell as student and infant?
- Add pick up locations for the customer to select their preferred pick up location during booking?
- Use mailchimp for email marketing?
- Manually set a trip as fully booked
- Add booking notes in the admin that are only visible to admin?
- List the number of bookings, payments received and payments outstanding for each trip?
- Easily change the words used i.e change tour to trip.

1. Unfortunately, we don’t have that kind of feature.
2. You can try to use the variable price in this case, but I’m not sure if it’s fit your need or not.
3. Unfortunately, we don’t have that kind of feature.
4. You need to integrate Mailchimp through third-party plugin.
5. You can disable it by removing the custom package then the customers can’t book any more.
6. We don’t have an option to add notes for admin.
7. You can export the transaction order from tour system to CSV as you wish.
8. You can change the tour to tip with some help from us.

Hello, I have some questions before purchasing this Hiking Tour theme.
1. Is it possible to remove the painbrush stroke framing aesthetic around the images of the theme? 2. On the home page, there is an image of a mountain with a yellow route drawn on top. This image is appearing completely skewed on mobile format and taking up unnecessary space. Is it possible to fix this on mobile? 3. Are all images on the site changeable? Including the background faded images? 4. On the tours and trips on homepage on mobile, there is no ellipses to show the user they can scroll left and right to see more. Is it possible to add this feature? As of now it just appears as one tour, with ability to swipe, however one might not know they can swipe. 5. Is the “read more” button on the tour description page removable on mobile? I would prefer to have it show the entire description without the read more. 6. Is the search bar on home page removable?

2. If you’re mentioned to hiking demo, the top bar comes from the revolution slider, so you can change it as you wish.
3. Yes, you can change all images in our themes.

This is for question 4: it shows up as a single tour with any visible option to scroll for more. A separate page must be created for each tour. And you must make all the changes to be made on the tours one by one on the page. There is no decent area to manage them! It is as if you are redesigning each tour page or duplicating the existing design and changing the texts and contents. To do this, you don’t need to buy a theme! Create and copy your tour content with any page editor. This is exactly what he does in this theme. Also, the page you have to review and manage reservations is literally disgrace. I do not think you can get efficiency from a tour site that you will prepare with this theme.
After I reviewed the theme, I wanted to return it and requested it. However, they said that for a refund only the theme should not have worked or should not be as stated. The things described here are good. However, there are things they do not explain here! For example, the difficulties I mentioned above.
I paid for this theme and will not use it as I am not satisfied. For me, it’s no different than a trash on my download list. Please, before you buy this theme, be sure to access the admin panel and check how it is used. In order for you to do this, I will install this theme on an unimportant domain for me and share the administrator password here. So you can see what it really is like!
I have 2 questions that I need your help with:
a. I’ve signed up with Stripe as my payment gateway, how easy or difficult is it integrate Stripe with this theme? 2. I want to change the fields on booking-form on tour page and include 4-5 different fields. Is that possible and if yes, can you please point me to some documentation.

For example, rather than increasing the price person by the same amount I would like to set prices such as the following: 1x person £35, 2x person £40, 3x person £55, etc. If this cannot be done, is it possible to create group discounts to control the price in this way automatically? Or maybe using a second filter below the tour that adjusts the price person?

1. For the tour service, we can hide it on the front-end.
2. We have group price and group discounts, but the price per person like your idea not possible, sorry.
- The group price work with one price for total number: $50 for group A with 3 persons.
- The group discount will work with percent and not a fixed amount, so I’m not sure if it’s working fine for you according to your theory.

Thanks again. I hate to be a pain but is it possible to get a demo of the backend? I have purchased 2 other themes already that have not worked for what I need. With regards the discounts for groups, can I set up multiple group discounts per person?
Also, the missing functionality on the other themes that I have already bought was around block bookings. In the same way that a hotel booking is based on rooms and numbers per room, I need vehicles and number of passengers per vehicle. Is this possible? Could I rework something similar for tours in this theme?

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

Pre Sale Question. Planning to have a Tour purchasing site for Sub-Agents. Sun-Agents can purchase tour packages from us for their clients (passenger). I would like to know is there any way to change the tour price according to the Passenger’s resident country. (during checkout)
Note : Passenger won’t register with us. Sub-agent will fill the passenger details (can be 1 or more passengers and different countries in a single booking & it may different from Sub-Agent’s country) in checkout form and price have to be updated according to the country fields in the checkout time. Just bought this theme yesterday and i am really pleasently surprised how easy it was to setup the theme and the demo content. Yes a few images are missing in the demo, but i can take care of that.

I’m not exactly sure about Loco but the theme works with WPML and Poly lang surely.
