there are very few people who are unable to import the sample content. Our themes are used by over 37000 users if there are any problems in the code trust me that it would be convenient for us to fix the problem. Since the problem is caused by errors made by the user or incompatibility and settings of the serves we as authors of the theme can not do anything. We can only help the user and try to understand the mistake he makes. The support times depend a lot on the period and the difficulty of the ticket, we calculated the average waiting time is 15-17 hours ).
For example if you open a ticket on Friday our team will respond on Monday ( response within 24 hours ) or Tuesday ( response within 48 hours ). Keep in mind the time you send the ticket, our working time is 9:00 to 18:00 so do not expect answers in the night. ( Our working time is UTC + 0 ).

Hi, I wanted to make a question related to this item, I follwed the author’s support information, created a ticket, but the page says I need to renew my support and pay 40$ to make a question? Well, here goes the question: How can I find information on how to update from 3.2 to the newest versions? I assumed the updates were done through wordpress updates section, but it doesn’t seem to work like this. The only information I found was something like “install the updated theme in a new site”, but that’s not what I need, I need to update the theme in the same site I have now, is that possible?

Courses can’t edit with the elementor. So it is very difficult with the wp-editor to make a good design with the course-content on the single page

Thanks for providing us with an amazing theme.
We have installed, and imported 3rd Demo of the theme, it was working fine, but visually it has less color than other versions. So, we decided to install the 2nd Demo but we are getting errors. We thought it could be at our hosting end then we tried it on local servers and unfortunately it didn’t work on localhost as well.
Kindly, resolve our issue as soon as you can, so that we can make our website Live.

After upgrading my site https://estivalia.es to latest BabyKids theme version, WPBakery plugin is broken. I managed to manually delete the obsolete WPBakery plugin via FTP, and allow the theme to reinstall it. Now I have the latest version of the BabyKids and WPBakery plugin, but still my WPBakery stuff is broken, including the site header.
These are the versions I have:
- Babykids theme: Version 4.4
- Plugin Baby Kids Shortcodes Version 1.0 - Plugin ND Shortcodes Version 6.4 - Plugin WPBakery Page Builder Version 6.7.0
Which version of PHP requires your last version of theme??

Hi, I bought the “Baby Kids”-Theme and just started to work. When I open a page with WP Bakery Page Builder and open a “Text area”, I cannot enter any text in the visual editor. Only when switching to texteditor/html, I can enter text.

How can I remove the dividers in the footer areas (when I use widget sites, there is always a horizontal line between sites. I want to have the footage area without that lines and also smaller, so that there is not so much space between the lines. thanks in advance for your help

Hi, I bought your Baby Kids theme three years ago. I haven’t used your support yet. If my problem requires me to purchase support, I will of course. 1. I noticed that only after switching to the default Wordpress theme do I get suggestions for updating plugins. Is there any limitation due to the fact that I have your motive? 2. I have Wordpress version 5.4.4 and Baby Kids theme version 2.2. I tried updating the theme first. Errors have occurred. Then vice versa. First, I updated Wordpress to the latest version and wanted to update the theme. Mistakes again. These are the areas where I need help. The theme itself is great and easy to use, while updating is already very demanding.

Hi again, The template update eventually failed and I had to create a new page with the latest template version. I hope, therefore, that after the expiry of the additional support period, I will get an answer to my question from you. I have a page where I set up Post Grid and Layout-11.
