Hi, I have a big problem with simply things.
I use Shop One demo for my shop and i can’t set a header with shop basket etc. on my slider. Like in the demo. Header still can’t be a transparent. Do you have some video or instruction step by step how i cen customize me shop to look like on this demo ?

We have used header style 2 on demo. For the whole site the header can be defined in Theme Options > General Options > Layout settings. Here you can set header style for different page types. You can also set the header style directly on page, please, check this article > Header style.
Header style can be adjusted in Theme Options >Header Options > Header style 2.

Hi! I have purchased and activated the theme. 1) Your demo import does not work – looks like it has issue with server where you store data. 2) How can I open a ticket for handling this issue if after the registration at your ticket system it says “Invalid username or password!”?

You have no account on the support forum so you see “Invalid username or password!”. You need to sign up with purchase code http://rnbtheme.com/documentation/wp-login.php?action=register.
Try the WordPress importer as well:
In order not to rewrite the settings you need to use WordPress Importer. We sent you the instruction to follow, you have all the data in the zip file of the theme you downloaded from themeforest.net.
So please follow them and install the content you need: http://rnbtheme.com/documentation/first-steps/demo-content FOR EXAMPLE DEMO 34:
Navigate to Tools > Import > install and activate the WordPress Importer > and select the file to import the content from.
E.g.: for 34 Layout (http://rnbtheme.com/thirty_four/) import select the file from the following path – \themeforest-11776839-ronneby-highperformance-wordpress-theme\Mainfiles\import\thirty_four\dummy_thirty_four.xml.
It’ll install only the content.
You can install Revolution slider from this layout in Revolution Slider > Import > select one from \themeforest-11776839-ronneby-highperformance-wordpress-theme\Mainfiles\import\second\second.zip, if there is any used.
Some layouts do not have a revolution slider included, for example 34-th demo.

Hello, I update the theme from 2.3.2 to 3.3.2, but all buttons are broken, I use advanced button, exist the way to add this to bakery or what i can do, because i have many buttons in many pages.

I just updated your theme to 3.3.2. After the update, my site broke. Two plugins require an update- slider revolution and wpbakery page builder. Neither plugins updated when the theme updated. I’m guessing if these update, my site will no longer appear broken. I cannot send a support ticket because your support page refuses to acknowledge my purchase code. How can I get help to get the theme updated correctly?

Try the WordPress importer as well:
