You can customize colors in a corresponding tab of your WordPress admin panel (Theme settings/Colors). There are no known issues with colors changing. If you do not see changes on the website it may be caused by your browser or server cache. To clear cache in Chrome browser you can push Ctrl + F5 or press F12, right-click on “reload page” and click “Empty cache and hard reload”. Issues related to the changes that are not applied on the front-end are not theme-related and always refer to the cache settings. We can recommend you to contact your hosting provider to clear the cache on the server.

Alister Bank is a WordPress theme for banking, credit companies and loan providers. We should note that the theme doesn’t provide a full-fledged banking system.
The theme comes with the custom Content Composer plugin created by our developers for content adding – the tool that is proved to be handy and convenient. We haven’t tested Elementor plugin functioning with the theme and thus can’t guarantee its compatibility, appreciate your understanding.

Mentioned image can be edited in the Tabs / Tour Shortcode Settings. Open the needed tab and substitute the link with the needed one.
Tabs / Tour Shortcode (as well as Text block, Featured block, Icon Box, Quote and Toggles / Accordion shorcodes) allows to insert shortcode inside another shortcode. When a shortcode is included inside another shortcode, it is displayed as a piece of code, it’s a normal behavior.
When Tabs / Tour Shortcode is created you can easily add all needed information using Content composer shortcodes.

As I can see from the error you mentioned you tried to install the whole archive downloaded from Themeforest (with documentation, demo content, etc.) and it isn’t the proper way of the theme installation. There’s a simple “alister-bank” folder within the main archive that should be uploaded.
Sometimes it happens that due to some server peculiarities there is a need to upload the theme to the server directly.
The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning theme installation – please look through it. The theme documentation can be found at the DOCS folder you downloaded from the Themeforest together with the theme archive (open index.html file in any browser)

The easiest way to make your site look like our demo one is to import demo content. The theme comes with the .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site. You can find this file in the Demo content folder you downloaded from the Themeforest together with the theme archive.(please make sure that you downloaded extended archive

Please make sure to use the current theme version (1.1.2) that is available for download on Themeforest at the moment. To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as alister-bank/alister-bank). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “alister-bank-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

Using Alister Bank theme you can replicate the design and the most part of the functional shown on the site you mentioned. We should note that the theme doesn’t include any user management system except of the default WordPress one and that such forms are created with help of Forminator plugin that wasn’t tested with the theme and thus we can’t guarantee its 100% compatibility. The theme is compatible with Contact form 7 plugin that allows to create multiple contact forms and customize them in accordance to your needs.
