In Safari doesn’t visualize the images

I can’t replicate this problem, the demo websites images are displaying fine for me in the latest version of Safari: http://themes.quitenicestuff2.com/sohohotelwp/demo1/
My suggestion would be:
1.) Try clearing your web browser cache
2.) Try disabling 3rd party plugins not packaged with Soho Hotel
3.) Try disabling extensions in Safari
4.) Try Safari on a different computer

Presale inquiry. I’ve been checking out this theme every month since August. You mentioned that you’re working on woocommerce compatibility which was to be released end of last year, and now recently moved to the first quarter of 2021. ANy word on that?

I’m still working on the update full time at the moment, aiming to release not long after the first quarter of 2021. I’ve been working on it for many months, so to be honest it’s very difficult to give a precise release date, and I’d rather get it right, than rush it out with a lot of bugs.

Yes, I use the latest version of theme but I was looking for process to credit card details without using paypal or stripe.
That’s not possible, to process a credit card payment online you need to use a payment gateway such as PayPal or Stripe. The “credit card” payment option on the demo website uses Stripe.

Actually, I have couple of questions before to buy it :
1. If I use the Ical, is the price can be automatically synchronised with the OTA ? For example : my price is 100€ in summer and 50€ in Winter. I am working with Airbnb and the price is based on +20% of my price. Is the sync can change automatically the price ? summer = 120€ and winter 60€ ?
2. Is there any extension/ solutions / ideas to manage the booking as a channel manager ?
3. Is there a tutorial to use it ?

1.) iCal is used for syncing booking data only, Airbnb doesn’t share price data via iCal
2.) Could you tell me specifically what kind of things do you want to do with the channel manager? If you just want to sync booking data this can be done via iCal, but syncing price data is not possible
3.) Yes full documentation is included, and I also personally provide support via a ticket system

Hi, Thank you for your quick reply. Concerning the 2., I would like to synchronize (if it was posisble) the price with the OTA (Airbnb for example). But I understand that I have to set up the price manually with every OTA.

Unfortunately only booking data can be synced currently, you would need to add prices manually.
It’s possible to setup all prices in advance quite easily using the seasonal price filters, discount filters etc though.

Yes I recommend WPML for translation into multiple languages because this is the plugin which I’ve developed the booking system to work with.
There are other free translation plugins available but they have limited functionality usually because they are intended as a promotional tool to sell the “pro” version of the plugin.
The main problems you’ll likely have with a free translation plugin are:
1.) They will not be able to accurately maintain room availability between languages
2.) You may not be able to translate custom post types and custom fields
But you can certainly try the theme and booking plugin with a free translation plugin, the only thing you’ll lose if it doesn’t work is time.

Hi, I like the theme and I am looking to purchase. I have two questions before.
1. I would like to add a ACF custom field to Add new (or Edit) Accommodation form. In this field I would type the password for opening that room’s door when adding a new accommodation. And I want to include the typed code (custom field result) when sending Email confirmation. So when the customer purchase a room in confirmation Email he gets all the room data + code for opening the door…
2. Is it possible to include a custom Payment Gateway. I would like to use Sumup.si

2.) Currently no, but I’m working on an update which will add WooCommerce support, so when this is available you’ll be able to use the SumUp WooCommerce extension

Hi, one last thing and I buy 100%. Can it be 2 languages? I need rooms to be connected in both languages. I mean: when I block room1 in one language it has to be blocked in both. Also the ical from booking should sync ok and know that is only a translated room – not two separate rooms. If this can be done it the right for me. Thanks
Yes you can translate into multiple languages using the WPML plugin, and yes if you book a room in one language availability will be blocked in all languages

I have the same issue as another user shapoh that commented earlier. The Theme was working fine prior to the new WP update but now it’s not functioning properly. I don’t think purchasing a new support license just because the theme is not compatible with the new update is fair. I’ll drop an email just as shapoh did and hopefully we can solve this fix. Soho Hotel works fine with the latest version of WordPress.
I searched my email to check what the cause of shapoh’s problem was and it was unrelated to any WordPress updates. The cause of the problem in their case was:
1.) They were running different versions of the Soho Hotel theme and plugins, so make sure if you’re running version 3.2.2 of the “Soho Hotel” theme then you also need to be running version 3.2.2 of the “Soho Hotel Booking” plugin and all other Soho Hotel plugins
2.) After I fixed the above they said it was still not working even though it was, and the cause of this problem was they had not cleared their web browser cache. After they did this the problem was solved for them
The cause of your problem may be completely different though.

Hi, same problem than Fallet user: ical problem for 1 my 2 accomodation. 1 of the accomodation is like not connected anymore to all the 3 external websites (airbnb etc). Even if I didn’t change nothing, I’ve checked all ical adress links on my website and others (airbnb etc), and all is ok for sure because my accomodations are closed and I didn’t modify nothing since a long time, and I sync just 1 time and not many times.

To confirm, you mean you’re not able to import your Airbnb bookings into Soho Hotel? Because I’ve just tested this with an Airbnb iCal feed in my own installation just now and it’s definitely working for me.

Hi. Not sure if the system has changed but when I now go on to ‘import all ical feeds’ it loads a new page with the ics urls but doesn’t say sync successful. Bookings are missing from my calendar so it can’t be working as it used to?

I’ve installed last version of theme Soho Hotel (v3.2.2) on a new installation of Wordpress to test it. I’ve imported data following documentation. The problem is when I check availability I receive the message: Sorry there are no rooms available. If I make a reservation from the backend, it works, the problem is on the frontend. I checked all settings, they are fine. Please can tell me how to solve this problem? Thank you.

I’d recommend checking what the minimum occupancy is set to for each room and each guest class. You’re probably trying to place a booking which doesn’t meet the occupancy requirements.

Hello, synchronization with ical is no longer working. Sync between : web site > airbnb. (site reservations no longer sync to Airbnb). Everything worked fine before!

I’d recommend trying to not sync for 24 – 48 hours, sometimes websites like Airbnb and booking.com will temporarily block your server if you sync too frequently.

Yes you can sync iCal from a mobile device, since you can login to your WordPress dashboard via mobile devices. However just to clarify, this isn’t really necessary since iCal syncs automatically.
