How do you activate the off canvas sidebar? I see the off canvas section in widgets. In customize there is the option inside of the pages section to set the off sidebar as one of the sidebars. But, where does this function? It doesn’t show up on the pages and I’d like to be able to add a menu option for the off canvas navigation. How can I activate this feature to work.

I’m referring to the functionality that appears to be the Off Sidebar and I’ve seen it also named the off canvas sidebar. The menu functionality I do see. But I’m assuming there is also a slide out sidebar option?

Ridiculous. The demo importer does not work. I now have doubles of everything and still no images. Can I get a refund on this theme?

1. a) Where are you located and which languages do you speak?
b) What are your working hours?
c) Do you offer support on weekends and how long does it usually take for you to reply to support tickets?
2. Your “back-to-top” button works strangely. It should be visible all the time, not only when scrolling to the top. Is that fixable?
3. I couldn’t find any actual Gallery to see what hover overlays you offer and how your lightbox looks. Could you please give me a link? I don’t quite get this trend actually – many theme authors offer tons of Portfolio demos and their overlays, but only a few present an actual Gallery demo. What’s going on with this world? We need a gallery with a nice lightbox, and maybe containing a thumbnail bar as well.
4. Would those smooth, high-FPS zoom-in transitions from the portfolio thumbnails be applicable to the gallery thumbnails?
5. Can I make the same 3D effect in Flip Boxes with Billey as with Arteon theme?

Hi, I read that other people have the same problem of slownessI like me. It began after the upgrade of elementor and wordpress 5.6. I have updated to the newest version of Billey(1.5.0) and the newest version of Elementor and Elementor Pro.
First issue is that when I activate Elementor Pro, everything in the frontend disappears, except the background.
Second issue is when I try to edit in Elementor, the widget panel keeps spinning and wouldn’t load. I change the theme back to Twenty Twenty One and it works. So I am sure it is Billey theme’s issue.
third issue is that the Customize Panel of Billey theme does not load. I suspect it might be like a typo, code mistype error in the Billey theme.

Once I update my website to WordPress 5.6, my website i crashing and I can see only the loader icon spinning non-stop.
The same issue occurs with all your demo sites. I cannot see any of your demo sites from Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari from a laptop using Windows 10.
I posted the same issue some time ago. Ever since, the problem never got resolved. In addition, I managed to update the theme, but I can’t update WordPress Engine to version 5.6 since my whole website is crashing – just like your demos.
Since I am not the only user that is facing this issue, could you please check again from a different device maybe? I can only load your demos from iPhone (Apple Devices), but not from Windows!

Update:
Your demos are still not working on my stations, but good thing is, I managed to update the Theme and WordPress to the latest versions.
My devices were running out of date browsers. After updating the browsers and clearing cache it started to work.
The only problematic page is this one:
https://natasalagou.com/projects/The slider on top is set to be full width, but there is a white gap to the left margin when the browser’s window is maximized. It goes away when I resize the browser window. Did you have any other reports from other users regarding this issue?

Thank you for the recommendation. I did everything exactly as shown on your screenshot. The specific issue did not resolve. Especially on Firefox, the first slide after page loads for the first time is also shaking and the margin on the left is still there. Also, once the website’s tab loses it’s focus (after switching to another tab), the slide loop just stops working and only one slide is showing. I guess we have to remove this feature temporarily from the page(s) until a future update resolves the issue.
Customiser (used to change theme options) also doesn’t work properly. Once it opens, it doesn’t display properly all the elements of the page (e.g. slideshows, project listing etc.). Also, if Preloader is enabled, then in the customiser only Preloder icon is showing and it spins non-stop.

Hi! I cannot import the demo data. Already tried both of them. It keeps loading undefinitely, and when i refresh, there is always something missing (in this last try, the menu is broken). Already tried more than 5 times. I didn’t insert the purchase code yet, since I think i’d insert it when the site is ok. Could you please help me out? Is there an offline file that i can use to import this demo, or something else I could try?

. I have tried to load the demo multiple times yesterday and today, but it keeps happening. Some pages failed to load the first time, but worked out eventually. For example the ‘contact us’ page always keeps loading, but I have also had the issue that just selecting a demo from your start site didn’t even work (it kept loading)...

I also see many complaints that the non-demo is also not always working so I am just concerned. Pre-Sale Question: Hello, I am looking to purchase Billey but I have a couple of questions first.
1.) Is every page mobile responsive? The mobile versions for almost every page will not load on my devices. I tried to view directly through the ThemeMove website as well and most pages do not load for me to view. I have tried different devices and wifi connections as well to no avail.
2.) For the Digital incentives homepage, can the elements at the top (blobs, textures, etc.) be changed to other objects or repositioned?

Demo import does not work properly – Billey-version-1.3.0 imports with links to dungnv.local and there are lots of missing images – version 1.4.0 does not import at all, it hangs on downloading.
