Hi there, I hope you are doing good and fine. After a very long chasing with the ROAM support team, I am very disappointed with the support. There is some serious error there in the theme and support team keep on reverting back with same screenshot, I changed everything as they instruct but there is issue with the theme. This theme is suddenly screwing up the formatting in Safari and on Chrome for Android. Could you please check that out and let me know if there is a solution? I can send you a link to see what I’m talking about. I’m sure others are having issues as well. (It looks like it’s not pulling in the right CSS files in certain browsers. Any idea why that would be?)
In case anyone has a similar situation, something in the theme was commenting out the line that included modules.min.css. Not sure why this was only happening in Firefox, Safari and on my Android. But I added that line back into the beginning of <header> on my child theme’s header.php file, and it fixed it.

Tours are not connected to WooCommerce. We implemented Paypal as online payment, or if you disable Paypal you are able to arrange payment personally with your customer after sending a booking request.
When it comes to stripe for the shop functionallity you can set it up for sure.

hi, accourding to the past comments Roam theme dosn’t support RTL, so If I used WPML will the dynamic elements shown well?

Please note that Roam is not RTL ready:
Do Qode Interactive Themes Support RTL (Right-To-Left Text)?.
This means that you might not be able to make all elements RTL. You can try to find a plugin that can help you do this, but we haven’t tested any and can’t recommend one, and can’t guarantee that it will work.
You can read this article by WPML, a leading translation plugin, about making your theme RTL ready:

Dears, I cannot save any templates on the plugin WPBakery. I already informed the support, but so far the only answer was: “t seems there is a limit for templates you can add i your template database. So, you should remove one template to add one.”. So I deleted a template, but could not save it again. Since few days I bought a second license. There are not saved any templates, and I cant save not even one. I updated the plugin to the latest version manually and checked the compabitility with other plugins. The support desk is not answering since then. This functionality is crucial for my webpage, so I need a solution for this. Could You advise where I can get some help with this? Thank you

Hi, thank you for your answer. I am still in contact with the support. I got this answer;: “I tested the Bakery with the default Twenty Nineteen theme that I installed on your website. The problem still exists, so the problem is not related to the theme itself. The conflict is probably between the latest version of WordPress and the WPBakery page builder.” But there is no solution. I cannot ask WPBakery for help, because I do not have the license for that. And all my webpage is based on these templates.
So what now? The answer from the support is: What a shame. Good luck!

You could migrate to a new domain and register it with your new license, or you could simply copy over the pages that you have or you could also export your pages and posts and import it to your new installation.
