I found out what was causing it. It was a plugin named “Additional Variation Images Gallery”, I guess the plugin and theme both use one same css class – I just need to know which one so that I can override it

Hi feature request Please update a good looking signup , login and checkout form ,rather than using the standard woocommerce form layout . It doesnot look good for a standard theme Also you can add quick checkout page option with avoiding the cart page if possible Regards

If yes, then please note that the issue is with the WPBPage Builder ( formerly Visual Composer ) not supplying the latest version of flexslider. You simply need to replace the slider in WPBPage Builder ( formerly Visual Composer ) folder with the latest flexslider file from WooCommerce. Please add this custom PHP code to your child theme’s functions.php to resolve this issue:

The theme have been coded for best practices for speed. There are lots of factors that influence the speed of a website. Hosting configuration, plugins installed, theme, the actual content, etc.
A theme plays a very small role. It only styles the output generated by WooCommerce. It does not make any DB calls. All data and content are fetched by WooCommerce itself.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The feature you are requesting is called “Vendor Management” where different companies called vendors setup accounts and sell their products on your site.
Electro is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all the features of WooCommerce. However “Vendor Management” is not a feature of WooCommerce. There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system.
The theme is compatible with Dokan, WCFM, WC Vendors and MultiVendor Marketplace by Webkul. We provide basic compatibility support for these vendor plugins. However we do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

Hello there, I have a pre-sales questions about a variable products.
1.- When a product offers different variations and also a different prices depending the variation. The price is updated on “Accessories Thumbnail item”? Or there is going to show the FROM – TO price? It’s possible to show the variation product price there, no the FROM – TO?
2.- And about the price on the top. Before the variation selections shows FROM – TO price. And then after the variation selection, change the FROM – TO price for the real variation price or duplicate the price bellow? It’s possilbe to remove the FROM – TO price and on that place show the variation price selection, means the real price for the selected product?

1,2. The theme is a WooCommerce theme and supports all features of WooCommerce. What you see in our demo is the default behaviour of WooCommerce variable products. If you’d like to modify the behaviour, you’ll have to write custom code to achieve it.

1.- Basically, as in other themes, I need to replace the FROM – TO price for the current variation cost. Shows a FROM – TO price and also the real price it’s confusing can ends in a non-sales. Can your theme do this? As I show on the image?
2.- Same detail on the Accesories part. If has a variation product selected, the price should be updated, with the real price, no with the FROM – TO price. It this possilbe on the theme settings? I guess is possible because actually the price is updated on the other parts.

Thank you for your clarification. Like I’ve explained, the theme does not have settings to choose how variable products are displayed. You’ll have to achieve it using custom coding.

Hello Ibrahim, thank you for your reply, but this is not a customization. We see this as more like an issue with your theme. To be honest, make no sense to show the FROM – TO price on variable products when already choose an option. On this case should show the selection cost of the product. Otherwise, it’s extremely confusing to the client, and confusion ends on a non-sales which is even worst and a bigger problem, you don’t think? Thank you for getting back. I understand your requirements. However, our theme does not decide how variable products are displayed. It is decided and generated by WooCommerce and our theme only applies the styles.
As a theme, we are required to work on WooCommerce’s default settings as is. WooCommerce allows you to modify the output generated using hooks, which you can use to add custom code to change the output generated by WooCommerce.

Just to clarify, this is not a requirement or a custom modification.
This is more an issue/bug on the theme and how the theme handles the product variations.
I totally understand what you say about the hooks, but this is part of the theme, that why I share with you.

You can see it as not a theme bug but the default way in which variations are displayed.

Hi, I purchased this theme recently. I have just a few quick questions:
1- From Dashboard what is key difference between “Visit Site” and “Visit Store”? I understand one refers to home page and one takes you to the shop page but for someone who is making an affiliate store, which location should be used as default page and have consistent look of other product pages?
2-I want to add functionality in some of my static content boxes to show “shop by price” and “shop by brand” options which are by the way can also be seen in static blocks of demo content but they are not functional. Is there any way to add or enable this functionality?

1. Visit Site and Visit Store are links generated by WordPress and WooCommerce in the admin panel. Visit Site is the page assigned as Front Page in Settings > Reading > Front Page. Visit Store is the page assigned to Shop Page in WooCommerce > Settings.
2. Shop by Price and Shop By Brand are filters. You can add the filters and then use the filter link in the static content generated. Here is our example filter URL in our demo: https://demo3.madrasthemes.com/electro/v2/shop/?filter_brands=apple

I copied all the content of /electro/inc/ to /electro-child/inc, if I try to add some html to the child file it won’t show on the page, but if I add to the main file in electro folder in works perfectly.

inc folder is not a template folder. Only template files can be overridden by copying them to the child theme. inc folder contains pluggable functions. You can override them by simply copying the functions into your functions.php
