Sorry not it doesn’t have shortcodes for filter

Greetings I am not able to access your support system as I was able to do till a day ago. I changed my Envato password once and it shows like ‘This item was purchased by another user’ when entering the product code,while trying to create a new ticket. It is really disappointing . Please help me at the earliest because the site is malfunctioning in many ways. Thank you

Saw your email glad to know you have resolved the issue.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find the information I was looking for.

It seems the search starts always, after I chose a city, with the search results, which are located IN the chosen city. I would like that the search always starts with a proximity search.

For example: If I chose Frankfurt, I would like that all listings are shown, which are located 100 kilometers around Frankfurt. Sorted by distance.

Is this possible?

I have purchased the theme more than 6 months ago but never used it. I started using it today and boom a lot of bugs. 1- Edit with elementor is not working properly. I and up with partial editing capability 2- The internal page editor is not working, the page content got shrinked and everything.

Are that common issue to you guys?

Hello,

I want to once again commend the entire Cridio team on the hard work and efforts put together to make this super great theme, ListingPro, to help relieve non-techies like myself off the hassles of creating and powering our directory websites.

It is 10 months ago now when I listed out the below suggestions:

1. Preloader

This feature is missing since the launch of the theme. Simple preloaders “Please wait…”, “Loading…”, “17% (i.e counting from 0% – 100%)” or something more nicer to keep users entertained and not bored which could help in keeping them on the site and reducing bounce rates. I know this could be very much achieved with the help of a plugin but keeping too many of them may break (and/or affect the speed of) the theme.

2. Internal Messaging System

The design is really not attractive, yet too colourful, it even breaks the texts in the container and is not at all good on all devices. You could redesign it to have just a very simple look like that of Gmail.

3. Menu Rearranging

Hmmm this I feel should be optional though but for the non-techies like me, you should make this to be simple to do for us to be able to rearrange the user’s front-end menus to avoid altering the codes which may result in breaking the theme.

4. Font Awesome

I want to suggest that you make this a drop-down menu for users to be able to select icons from instead of clicking on the link to redirect them to the Font Awesome’s website. Most of these end users are not techies and barely know what to do on that website.

5. Events (Display In)

This option seems confusing. For example, admin only adds the event widget in the Sidebar Area and the end user chooses to display the event(s) in the Content Area, will the event show or what would be the result instead?

To the above, below was the response:

Despite the positive response above, none of the features and suggestions had been added.

In addition, have the following suggestions:

6. Homepage Banner Rotation

I suggested this feature because some of our users contacted us to feature their images on the homepage but the space available can only take a slot at a time for a stipulated period of time. I hereby ask that you consider working around adding the kind of Yelp and Fiverr homepage banners where they would be on rotation whenever users’ clicks on the banner image or refreshes the homepage.

7. Reviews on Pending

Help us add the option to have new reviews that users’ drops on every listing to be pending because having them to publish immediately can cause damage to a listing and we are all aware that every business has competitors. This can have two options, to either have reviews publish immediately or upon when admins approve them, just like the listings has it, and the admins can choose which they best prefer.

8. Reporting of Listings

This is one feature I actually do not like how it works. Imagine that when I go on the website, I report your listing and it goes off the website, when I gave no reason why I am reporting it. I want to suggest that you revamp this feature to work as supposed i.e. user must logged in to report a listing and the sign in pop should appear is user is not but wants to report a listing, and whenever a user is to do a report, a text box should be made available for the user to state reasons. When that is done, admins should get a notification. Admins can reach out to the listing owner to discuss the report if negative and admins can determine if to pull down the listing or consider having it on the website.

I usually do not like the idea of making these kinds of suggestions here in the comments section but since there seem to be no other option, so pardon me, and I hope that you would consider working to add and improve the above suggestions in the nearest future releases.

I’ve been trying to figure out the CSS of the App View > single Listing > Logo image. This image is a pest. There is nowhere to set a placeholder. So damn annoying. Please, I have been asking and working on this for a year. Now please tell me what the CSS is so I can eliminate it since there is nowhere to set a placeholder or disable it in the Theme Options. i have bought 2 licenses and just need this darn single bit of information. No, don’t send me to other sites for support, and tickets with your team are going to be slow. So, just tell me in comments please and make things easy. Much appreciated.

On your front-end Elementor blocks, the Abstracted Views rely on images that are automatically 300×300, then the abstracted view stretches them much larger. Please fix this, as we all have to now manually set the url of the images we upload because it is resizing to 300×300. Really sucks if you plan to use any Abstracted view elements in Elementor, creates hours of extra work that should be normally handled, but it is not.

Viewing a user profile shows all the reviews that the user has posted including the uploaded pictures as well. However, the name of the restaurant/establishment does not appear anywhere in the list. A user could have posted 50 reviews, but without the name of a restaurant/hotel etc, the whole list can be of little value to the reader. Is there any way to add, the name next to the review?

Hi Natyra, I had checked all of the existing resources before posting. I even looked at the demo backend to check if I could find any configuration through which this could be done but didnt find anything. This is probably the only feature which I feel to be missing. Listingpro has got pretty much everything else that I was looking in a directory theme. If you could please let me know how this can be done, that would be great

Thank you for your interest in ListingPro!

ListingPro is a Directory solution and not an e-commerce solution. 

You cannot sell physical or digital products out-of-the-box, but you as an ADMIN can use any WordPress e-commerce extension that supports shortcodes and manually insert shortcodes on any page, individual listings (description box) or use widgets to show in the sidebar. 

Listing owners can only showcase their products or services with the Menu management system. They can link it to an external page where they can sell the items but the transactions between the end users (visitor) and the business listing owner will not take place on the website.

Hello I most acknowledge that you did this is amazing job. My problem is why not provide WP All Export add-on as you already did for the WP All Import. I have a lot of data in my directory but I cannot have all these information to a database I develop my myself. I need this data to my database not the wp database. Importing data works perfectly fine so why not apply the same to export. I have purchase the WP All Export pro package but still I cannot have the data I need.

Why you don’t answer the support tickets with the right solution? I sent a ticket and Kharbot answering about other topic, different issue, different problem. Telling me to disable all third party plugins when there aren’t others installed plugins. My problem still persist and I have to wait another 24 hours until you read my ticket. The problem is: In a brand new web hosting and a fresh wordpress this theme without any other plugin can’t save any changes from the theme options in general tab.

My comment is: This Web Hosting is new, new wordpress installation and 100% compatible with WordPress features and plugins.

Message received from support: We have found an issue on your site but we are unable to edit code via WP File Manager.

If you need to migrate your site from one site to another make sure to first deactivate the license on the current site and then activate it on the new site.

I use tradetracker as my affiliate. Is it possible to add/mask the affiliate link on the website URL? So only the website URL are visable and not the aff link?
