Hello, since some months I can’t see my pages in elementor. I see them well in the browser, but when I try to edit them the blocks seem to dissapear, but I can find them in the navigator. Can you help me?

I can see that you have contacted us at our help center and the problem is resolved. Just to be clear, I like to note that generally these kinds of problems for the Contact Form 7 plugin are not actually related to the theme and usually a server configuration or something related to the syntax of the form shortcodes are responsible.

I left you a comment 3 days ago and that comment was following up on a question I had 1 month ago without any response. The 2 issues I have are 1) I can’t even find where to update Layer Slider plugin because when I go to Phlox Theme, then Plugins, it’s not even listed. and 2) you say your latest version of LS is 6.9.2 and that is over 10 versions behind.
Hi there, please let me explain, Layer slider is not releasing the updates on Envato market normally, and that is why we could not put the updates on the time it released. By the way we troed to cover that in a different way and I hope from now, we could release the new versions of that.

500 error messages appear in elementor, themes error, messages on my site, how can I solve? I had to deactivate several plugins to be able to restore but apparently they are errors of the theme, any suggestions or support?
Hi. The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the website’s server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is. ?In the case of Elementor, the most possible could be the lack of enough memory.

If you are facing issues after updating to the latest version of the Elementor, chances are that there is something else going on. One possible reason could be the available memory on your server. I have two licenses for Phlox and would like to think I’d buy a few more licenses for future sites. I’m not one to suddenly go write a negative review. However, there are a few frustrating situations with the theme. One of them is how some of the Templates are coded. I mean guys… I’ve wasted over an hour going through the Customization area of both the default Theme settings and each of the pages’ individual settings, looking for how to change a page header background. Why on earth the way to change it is located in the “Additional CSS” code and not in the page settings? That’s how it is for the Cosmetic Shop product page template. No one, absolutely no one buys these themes to even remember to look in Additional CSS for such things. After all, the header of a page is NOT an additional feature, it’s rather a MAIN feature that is updated often. Why would I want to tinker with codes every time I need to replace an image in that area?
Come on guys, there are too many other themes in the “Popular Items” area of Themeforest that get it RIGHT, they’ve gotten better over time and made it possible to build without frustration.
I would hope that you guys look into the structure of your coding for these Templates, update them and move the “Additional” coding of the templates to the proper area: The Customization panel and/or the Page settings.
