From the moment i installed and activated the theme, my website became soooo slow and GTmetrix grade before installing was 95% and after installing Iva theme it is 9%!!!!, my website should be fast and smooth,, there’s something wrong with the theme and i need your help ASAP

please note that i changed the homepage header to transparent by CSS , so it messed all the inner headers, i want only the homepage to have transparent header, Thanks in advance, and last thing whenever i change the description option to FAQ,col2 with sticky, it returns white page, and the single product page design is not organized please check this out too

i purchased this theme for my wordpress website. When i installed the theme it has 2 sections – iva theme and iva child theme. I am confused on which i should work to get an exact look. My second concern is the theme offers 4 types of home pages but it is missing in my theme and also the images are missing. I want the exact same look of this theme. 1) You can use only iva theme to get the exact look of our demo site. If you are going to edit our theme, then you need to install and activate the child theme. Until then it is not needed.
2) Please install the demo contents using the unyson method as explained in the below article. Once the demo contents are installed, you will get the 4 home pages that you asked for.

how can I edit Shop page with Elementor? When I am trying to do so, I have an error “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page”.

Only the normal pages of wordpress can be edited with elementor plugin. Since shop page is a archive page, it cannot be edited with elementor plugin. By default wordpress will not provide options to edit the archive pages. You can customize the category archive and tag archive pages from Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer.
