I have a problem with “Theme Options panel”

After importing Demo contents, I’ve noticed that there is something wrong in Theme Options. First of all, it seems that there is some missing part of css file. (plz see attch. image / I’ve also created ticket in your support)

Also, when I try to save the changes, some sections of the settings are updating while others remain the same. For example, while updating the changes the Footer section is working but the changes in Header section are not working.

I would kindly request your assistance about this subject.
