Hi, when I do any changes, these changes don’t show up on the online website immediately but it always takes 10-15 hours for them to show up. This is slowing down my work a lot. Probably there is an issue with WPBakery page builder plug in!? It says I am using version 6.5 and the new version 6.6 is not available for downloads and I have to contact you for that.

If i have there 25 pieces in my stock of a variable product, then i sell one, the invotorye is -1. Normally it must be 25 -1=24.

Hello ! I have similar problem with the WP Bakery .When I am trying to edit any page, I get a blanc screen on Frontend editor. However WP Bakery button not appear on page editing. I have now Version 6.0.5 . It says ”... Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?...” I tried all actions but didn’t achieve them yet. I am aware of this plugin is included with Artday as well. So what should I do ?

Here’s a copy of the ‘support’ email I last received: ‘Once you installed the theme you’ll get notice with all the required plugins.’

There was no email sent to me when I installed the theme.

Previously I had given your company a 1 star rating, right now I would give you a 0 rating, one small issue regarding the removal and replacement of the Art Day ligo plus another issue related to the admin email within the package and nothing by way of support, just the emails you have sent.

I don’t blame the support person, they were not trained to support, I look at your management/leadership and ask these questions: 1. Why aren’t your people trained in support? 2. The follow up after the low rating offered a glimmer of hope but it quickly dissipated and, no active support and no follow-up since no one said ‘How can I help?’ 3. There has been no mention of the other 2 issues raised being the matter of replacing the admin email with my email. and the almost nonexistent documentation that came with the package.

I am an artist looking to make sales via the web, I don’t have the time to learn WordPress programming. The cost of the package is nothing in comparison to the cost in hours to set up and load my products as well as organising the various payment methods.

I have no option but to ditch this Art Day theme and find a more professional company that offers real support and documentation.

I will be [posting this on your Envato page not out of any sense of vindictiveness but out of concern for other artists who may be considering buying this theme.

In 40 plus years have never given any business such a poor rating.

Product page is not as shown on the demo. No matter what size I make the image, the image doesn’t fit and there is a funky zoom thing going on.

I want it like the demo.

Few days ago I bought this theme and I tried to upload it but I could not do it (using theme-> new theme-> upload). After that I tried to upload it using FTP and finally I could activate it.

After that, I try to import the demo content like @paolarattata tried to do, but nothings works.

Hey I have been using this theme for a while and it has worked great. Recently I have been getting a white page everytime I update anything and the navigation menu does not work on mobile or when it gets a specific size on desktop browser. I checked to see if it was the theme needed to get updated. But I am running the most current version of the theme.
