1. Our demo import does not include vendor pages. They are automatically created when you install and activate Dokan.
2. I recommend that you try out our theme before purchase. Please email our support from the Support tab and we’ll setup a trial for you to test our theme’s features before purchase.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Theme updation involves removing and replacing the files in wp-content/themes/electro.
If you’ve made any changes to the files in these folders, they will be overridden. This can be avoided by using a child theme.
An update does not remove data.

You can update the theme can be updated in 3 ways:

Thank you for your interest in our theme. All our demos are included with the theme.
The feature you are requesting is called “Vendor Management” where different companies called vendors setup accounts and sell their products on your site.
Electro is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all the features of WooCommerce. However “Vendor Management” is not a feature of WooCommerce. There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system.
The theme is compatible with Dokan, WCFM, WC Vendors and MultiVendor Marketplace by Webkul. We provide basic compatibility support for these vendor plugins. However we do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.
Home v9 does not have vendor specific blocks.

I do not know what is the plugin that you are using that generates this text. You can try de-activating all third-party plugins that are not included with the theme.

When enabled with Dokan, does any affiliate plugins work ? because dokan does not have any of that functionalities ? in all your list of marketplace plugin only wcfm has a module for affilates

Hi again, In May 2021 Google Ranking algorithm “Web Core Vitals” will do a Major update giving huge impact on ranking from website speed. As we talk few months ago, your theme still load a large CSS and JS file which most 50 to 60% is not used across the site and slow down the speed on mobile devices. PageSpeedtest shows that your css and js them files needs to be lighter.
Could you allow to generate the only needed CSS and JS files from theme according our theme settings across the site? That will be a huge improvement and beat competitors.
We love your theme, we just need a better optimization on these problem. We don’t want to move to lighter woocommerce theme like GeneratePress, Shoptimizer, Stroefront, Page Builder Framework, Kadence, Blocksy, ..
This is very important for stores as you understand.

Thank you for reaching us. A theme cannot actually generate only the components that your website uses. In fact there are multiple plugins that lets you do that. You can generate the critical CSS using plugins like WP Rocket and inline them.
Our theme only plays a small role in a website’s speed. Also static files once saved by browser are not requested. Technically using an inline CSS for every page would increase the page speed because you have a different CSS file every page.
Our CSS file is about 500kb (upcoming release 3.0 ) inclusive of vendor libraries like Bootstrap. I really don’t think that this would be the deciding factor for speed.
This is a WordPress theme and we’ll have to optimize the theme within WordPress’s framework only. Generating only the CSS that is needed ( which is site specific ) is a plugin territory and cannot be achieved through a theme.
