I’m facing two issues with the theme: (i) I can’t get rid of the ‘Home’ text on the top of the page, cant delete it with elementor as it is not recognised as a section (ii) The aspect ratio is completely off and cannot be converted to full width like the one showed in your demo

Any idea why the header/title won’t display on portfolio items (using WP Bakery)...and the portfolio page is 0px side margins (too wide). This doesn’t match the demo…Thanks!

Built 2 sites on Avo so far. With both of them I noticed, it loads really-really slow on Firefox at all and some elements dont seem to display perfectly. Tested on 2 computers in 2 households. Works fine on Chrome….

We’re currently experiencing multiple issues with theme. I’ve installed this with a fresh WordPress installation.
List of known issues we’ve found so far:- Header being in sticky active state all the time. We have tried using the standard header, custom header and elementor header template. It’s always like this on all of them. https://prnt.sc/10j8kca
When at the top of the page, before scrolling, the header background should be transparent, before becoming a dark background on scroll.
When not logged in the sticky header style (with dark background) is active at the top of the page, but when logged in it is working as it should.
- Text animation can’t be turned off despite setting it off already in the widgets – https://prnt.sc/10j8mrn
- Some widgets have empty settings – https://prnt.sc/10j8ngs
- Setting font size on Avo Info Box text isn’t working. Had to use custom CSS for this – https://prnt.sc/10j8pff

1. The header settings doesn’t help. We’ve already tried all of those. As you can see in the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/10j8kca – the sticky is always in sticky-active, which something shouldn’t be happening even when the page is scrolled at the very top. This only happens when you’re not logged in the site.

Hello, We first contacted you 2 weeks ago and purchased 10 days ago so you could address this as a support issue. Any feedback? The class responsible for the problem is being automatically loaded via jQuery and we have no control.
We tried disabling the theme’s header and instead added a Global Header using Elementor Pro’s Template Header. For some reason, sticky active effect classes are still being added on page load, same thing that’s happening on the theme headers.
Have you figured out what’s causing this?

I could not wait on support to fix this, so we added an alternative fixed to it. This is the edit to stop the theme from targeting and adding classes to Elementor Header:
In /js/script.js From : $(’.elementor-section:has(.custom-sticky)’).first().addClass(‘stuck-nav avo-custom-nav’);
To: $(’.elementor-section.custom-sticky’).first().addClass(‘stuck-nav avo-custom-nav’);
Theme author please fix this in the theme so we don’t have to worry about fixing it every time you update the theme. Considering you requested that we purchase the theme because you do not support the theme for users from Envato Elements, I have to say I’m not satisfied with the fact that in the end you provided no support….maybe you could offer a refund on the purchase for the fix we supplied to you.

Though I cannot find it to remove it. Any fix? I have no idea where the image is being used or how to stop it being used.

Please read my inquiry carefully… I did not say I was having trouble importing the theme, I said I was having trouble editing the already imported theme (as shown in all my images, the elements cannot be added into the theme)

Because its not your inner pages in the menu, please import it firstly as mentioned previously then it will be shown in the pages (https://ibb.co/KzFF10f) to be editable.
Hi, we’ve noticed that when using the Headline element and selecting Rotating style – animation slide, it breaks after a while, with two rows appearing, so the rotating text stacks on top of each other. If we reload the page it’s fine for a while, and then breaks again. Is this something you’re aware of?
