Enfold’s current version has jQuery related issues however those can be fixed by installing this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ and setting jQuery version to legacy one in plugin settings and then when new version is released, you can delete the plugin

1- Enfold has custom font manager in theme options where you can easily upload your custom fonts. Please see – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography/#how-to-upload-custom-fonts for more information
2- GTranslate plugin is not officially compatible however I searched our forums and it seems to work fine. There might be some CSS related issues however if you have any and point out to us, we would gladly provide you CSS codes.
3- Yes, you can add a button but for it to work, you would either need separate plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/give/ or PayPal donate link.

Hi, i use shortcode [av_privacy_cookie_info] in my privacy page, how can i translate the description text with wpml string translation?
For example, I can’t find the string “Operating site internal cookie – Keeps track of your session” for PHPSESSID.
In WPML string translation, I search in all domains and “avia_framework” domain but not found everywhere. Is there something else to do to translate this strings?

The logo image looks a bit blurry on some mobile device screens, not all and you must zoom in to see it, the image has the size requirements indicated. Any recommendations or possible solutions? Greetings and thank you
I have installed Enfold theme and want to use custom fields for event calendar form. Now whenever I mark this is a required field or compulsary field in event calendar it does not work. Form can be submitted without this functionality

Current version is not compatible with WP 5.6.x however if you need to update WP version, please install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ and set jQuery version to legacy one in plugin settings.
We are planning to release an update next week, after updating to that version, you can remove the plugin

This new theme needs to be out by Friday 2/26 so that people can stably install wp 5.6 while it is still here. If it is not, I agree with the guy above, this theme is abandoned. I’d love to be wrong, but it has not been stable for a year.

Love the theme and have use it with no issues. Recently however I’ve been struggling with the contact form.
The user is receiving the auto-reply but we are not getting the emails of the forms After checking your documentation (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails- )and adding the snippet to the functions file we had one successful try and after that failed again.
I noticed that the problem is with of private domain email. If we use a gmail or other public email we do get the forms emails, which is not ideal. Any suggestions?

Have you tried using SMTP or Contact Form 7 plugin? If you have not, please do so. I believe using SMTP will work in your case

Yes, you can create a very similar looking website using Enfold however header section would require some CSS customizations. “Menu” behaviour would not be the same though. You would need a 3rd party plugin for such behaviour.

This Theme seems abandoned, it is not normal that it is not compatible with the current version of Wordpress and there are problems that exist. It would be convenient for the developers to speak to us clearly, if the Theme continues on the market or not. Thanks in advanced

We have explained why we have not been able to release the update yet to users who asked about it but maybe we should have made it more like a public announcement. We will do that in future in case we have such set backs
We wanted to combine WP5.6, PHP8 compatibilities and Custom Element Templates (CETs for short, a new feature we are going to introduce) in one update. However we have found some compatibility issues between CETs and WPML so we decided to delay the update to fix it first however it took us longer than anticipated and has set us back about a month unfortunately.
We are very close to releasing the new version though. It should be released next week. This version is being tested with WP 5.7 as well. Today we finished testing WP 5.7-RC1.

I purchased the theme Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme. In the demo ( Enfold 2017 – Just another Kriesi.at Theme Demos Sites site 1 ) you will see the ENFOLD logo on right top corner changes the font color from white to black when you scroll down on the page. But when I went through script , it shows me only one image. How does this work if I want to upload my own logo as this. Because I uploaded a logo with transparent background as same size you have put it in demo . It doesn’t work for me. And How do you change the font color of the menu when you scroll down. Can you please help.

You can set transparent logo in Enfold theme options > Header > Transparency Options and set transparent menu color there as well. To adjust non-transparent header menu colors (when scrolled down), please go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling and edit “Main Menu Links”
