I upgraded the Opencart version to the current version 3.0.3.7. I cleared all the cache files.
However, I keep getting the following error. Could you please give your comment on this subject?

Hi, redownload the latest Journal version and then upload all files to your server and then refresh Opencart modifications and your issue should be solved after.

Hi I am using Template 4, on the Category pages, how do I find the section for the Top image and the description?

They are then controlled from the theme in Journal > Skins > Edit > Category > Description….
In the same category section you have the Subcategories section as well.

the issue is with the main slider in homepageI can confirm it looks great on Chrome, cut on Safari, in the animation Safari also seems to squeeze the sides. Any solution to the issue yet?
Hi, we’re working on various slider improvements but the important options with image cropping is the Image Dimensions. You’d have to declare proportional dimensions in the All Devices tab, and also in the Phone tab if they are declared they need to be proportional. As for the layer auto resizing, the Content Dimensions needs a larger value in case the text layer is too big on phone.

Hello, I don’t want category images on category page and if I delete from OC category.tpl ”<?php echo $categories$j; ?>”... How could I add image to your “Categories Home Page” module? Because when delete the code module don’t show in tab any image

Hi, I’m using Journal3 I see a problem with slides with Safari browser. In Safari all the slides looks cutted, they seems too big. No problem with all other browsers… Can you tell me why?

hi, the website is vinclick.it – the issue is with the main slider in homepage. If you open it in Safari, all the slider looks cutted.
The layers resizing may be different if you have different image dimensions for the Phone tab of the Image Dimensions tab. We’re working on some slider updates but for now input a larger value, like 1000, in the Content Dimensions option (just the width is necessary).

Actually all the fields are empty in all tabs (so they are setted su Auto width and Auto Height). Images of the slider are all 1280×550 pixels. I tried changing width value in All Devices, Tablet and Phone tabs but nothing changes in Safari…
Well, the slider may crop the image, especially with the “Fill” crop factor activated in the Image Dimensions. If you have text or other important data in the actual slide image and close to the edge it may get cropped a bit on some phones. Play around with the dimensions options, try to input 1200×515 in Image Dimensions and 1000 in Content Dimensions (first input, just the width).

i update my theme and as per your instruction:
Access your Opencart Admin and go to Extensions > Modifications and click on the blue Refresh button (top right corner).but show below error

Hi, in the image / product carousel with lets say 1 image on mobile. is it also possible to configure that you see 1/5 of the next image in the carousel appearing from the right of the screen? Like many apps have these days. Is it possible to configure it like that? Was just wondering if i had to put time and effort in this to figure it our. thank you

Hi, files responsible for that modification are admin/model/journal3/newsletter.php and system/journal3.ocmod.xml but we do not recommend partial theme updates and we cannot assist you further if you encounter issues after a partial theme update.

Hi, that’s a limitation on the way CSS multi-columns work. It may have to do with how many items you have in your module, try adding or removing some in order to balance the columns.
We’ll also look into this on our end to see what can be done about that particular display option.
