Hello – I am using Rank Math SEO plugin with this theme, the theme is outputting 2 <meta name=”description” tags in the header. The theme default which is controlled in WP general settings and also the Rank Math field settings. Is there a way to remove the default tag in the HTML?
The theme isn’t outputting two description tags, one is coming from the theme and the other one will likely be coming from Rank Math’s plugin. If you want to unhook the theme’s tag we can give you some custom code to put in a child theme, but you would first need to renew your theme support and then open a Support Ticket. Thanks!

Hi guys, unfortunately I can’t update the Automotive Listings plugin and the Automotive theme to the last versions, (It doesn’t look like you have entered a valid ThemeForest Username & API Key. To receive updates for the plugin you must validate this information in the Update Settings section). I also tried to reset the license but the situation has not changed, please help me
You are using a very old version that was using the old Envato API which they depreciated a long time ago. The new system uses an OAUTH connection. As a result, you will need to manually update the theme and plugins to the latest versions via FTP, and after you do that go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and connect your account to the new OAUTH system. Then you will be able to update automatically again going forward.

Hi, I wanna make an edit to the header.php file located in Automotive>templates/default/theme/header.php, I did copy this file and put it with the same architecture in my child theme automotive-child>templates/default>theme/header.php but nothing change

Hi – we’re attempting to update our Automotive Theme from 11.9.6 to 11.9.8 and we either get an invalid URL error or it directs us to Theme Options/Update Settings, it gives you the option to log in with Envato, then pulls up a list of purchase codes for the site and there is nothing there.
Please try resetting your license under My Products on our support site and let us know if that resolves the issue for you. Please refer to this Knowledgebase Item for more information.

Hello, I just bought an extension to support the “Automotive Car Dealership Business WordPress Theme” theme. The renewal of the license is not displayed here!!! Now to the real problem. I bought the extension of the support because I still installed version 9.0. I see the following: There is a new version of the Automotive theme available. You have version 9.0 installed. Update to version 11.9.6. But if I want to update it, it always says that I have the latest version. As API is stored: jbp0o93ztiztzk4kl8eqwiyi5n5bkw0z Von dir gesendet: 11. Januar um 20:58 Date: 12 Jan 2021 Invoice No: IVIP41670805 Order No: 139424468 Von dir gesendet: 11. Januar um 21:00 Unfortunately, I cannot start the support via the official route, because I do not have a current Item Purchase Code.
If you login to our Support website and go under My Products try clicking Grab Envato Products if you do not see ‘Envato Account Connected’. That should allow you to Open a Support Ticket
Regarding the problem you are having, you are using an old version of the theme that used to run updates off of the Envato API system. Envato has since cancelled that, and switched to a new OAUTH system. You will need to manually update your Automotive Theme and Automotive Listings plugin and then you will be able to reconnect your account under Theme Options >> Update Settings in your wp-admin. Then you will be able to update your theme and plugin automatically from WordPress moving forward.

HI, I recently installed a clean version of this theme but all demo images are blury, a few years ago when I initially purchased the theme the demo images were shown clearly. Is this a new modification that we can’t use those images or it is something wrong with my installation, everything else is working fine.
Yes the placeholder images are blurred out. Like most themes on ThemeForest, the images are not included with the theme. The idea is you will replace them with images of whatever brand or make/model products you carry. Thanks for the question! 
Hello, I have bought this amazing template in December. Unfortunately, I have a problem activating it. I tried to download a newer version, due to a possible problem with the API, unfortunately the same problem is repeated. While activating the template in wordpress, a redirection occurs and a 404 error pops up. I will be happy for any help. Thanks!

Yes you can do that, but you would also need to purchase our Front End Submission plugin that would allow users to post inventory from the front end, and provides a management interface for the dealers and private sellers to manage their listings. Hello- I’m unable to grant access via Envato after login in at Theme Options > Update Settings > Themeforest Automatic Updates . After entering in my credentials, I am sent here: http://themesuite.com/verification/server-script.php?code=...[redacted].... and the browser says: “Failed to find WordPress return URL. Please report this error to the item author.”

Hi, I’m seeing jQuery errors (Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined) on an update to Wordpress 5.6. Is this a known issue? I presume this is to do with the recent changes in Wordpress jQuery’s implementation.
We haven’t had any other reports of this. Are you using the latest version of the theme and bundled plugins? If not I would recommend upgrading to the latest versions, and try disabling any 3rd party plugins you might have added. If that doesn’t solve the problem please renew your support on ThemeForest and open a Support Ticket including temporary login details so we can investigate. Thanks!

When I try to update some plugin through theme option> update setting, there is a message “Your information you’re about to submit is not secure” I have never seen it before. Why is that and what should I do to update?
It sounds like your website may not be properly setup with SSL security. You should install an SSL certificate and secure your website with https://. If you are not sure how to do this please send us an email to sales@themesuite.com and we can discuss further.

You must be using a really old version. I would recommend that you download the theme bundle off of ThemeForest and manually update your theme and plugins to the latest versions via FTP, and then go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and reconnect your account for automatic updates going forward.
