Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Now I was working on the website SEO and found it’s not SEO-friendly theme. Everything is about heading.
1- Missing H1
If you go to customize > breadcrumbs > show page title > no This will make all pages have no H1
While the post or product name is already displayed, why would I need to repeat it by showing the title again? So please the product/post name needs to be h1 if the title is disabled.
2- Missing H2
The shop and all product categories pages doesn’t have any H2. I think it would be logic if the products title is H2
3- Many H1
I have created my homepage with Elementor and added only one H1 on the whole page, but after analyzing my page I found it has 3 H1! The one I have added and 2 other but I couldn’t recognized them because the are blank like that

You have to change the tag of the product title by Customizing the file init.php under wp-content/plugins/porto-functionality/builders/elements/product as per your requirements.

You have to change the tag of the product title on Shop/Category pages by Customizing the file woocommerce.php under wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/woocommerce.php as per your requirements.
For Changing Logo Tag:
Porto theme provides availability to override all parent theme functions in the child theme.
If you want to change the logo, you can use the “porto_logo” filer in the child theme’s functions.php as following.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site, and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:
Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.
So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.
