I’m facing some strange issues with the demo “Support Desk”. I’ve completed the configuration of the form, and all emails get to my Mailchimp correctly.
HOWEVER!
Together with the mailchimp contact, i also receive a subscribe confirmation from you guys. There’s no mention, in builder or wp text edit mode, to your action url and don’t matter what i do, it keeps subscribing to your mailchimp list.
Why is this happening and how to fix it?

It will not be a separate theme, rather insider the same theme. You will get the option to choose which builder you want to use to edit your pages.
Even better, after WPBakery version we will add Gutenberg version to Saasland, too (i.e. we will convert all those 300 blocks to Gutenberg blocks) so that the whole theme can be editable via Gutenberg.

We never used your support. Now we need just to move the license. Why you asking us to buy support again. This is bullshit. Every software company lets you move the license. Its your right.
We are asking you to renew support because you are asking help (which means support) from us. A theme’s support does not include any server related works, so moving from one server to another server is your responsibility.
Also, we sent you instructions via email (which was not actually our responsibility) and still you could not resolve it. So, what should we do now?
Here are the instructions again:
1. Take full backup of your website using any migration tool. “All in one migration” is an example tool.
2. Delete that website entirely, including databases.
3. Upload backed up files to new server.

I have purchased the Saasland Theme + Elementor Pro early in Jan, 2021 and have setup on WordPress.
I’m continuously encountering the following problems and can’t even go further than the homepage:
1. High Physical Memory usage! up to 100% 2. High CPU usage! up to 100%
Even after completing all necessary optimization steps suggested on the theme site and suggestions by PageSpeed Insight, GTMetrix, Web.dev Measure, the situation is the same.
The Saasland theme and Elementor Pro are causing the above-mentioned 2 problems.
If there is anything precise and concrete and helpful information that you can share on this matter, it would be very much appreciated.

If you were using the older theme, please update it to the new version (3.3.3) with its core plugin.
Was the older version of the theme causing high CPU and Phys.Memory usage?
You response is not helpful at all. The updated version of the theme didn’t do any change. Even if it did, why would the older theme be so problematic?
One older version (3.3.1) had some speed issues that we solved in the next version (3.3.2). We also tested it on that version – no CPU or GPU issues existed. Our customers are also not reporting any related issue since then. And now it is 3.3.3, so issue should not exist at all.
If your issue exists please create a support ticket so that we can check.
What does the Color > Link color settings control? Because they don’t seem to be working on standard links in body text. It just inherits the accent colour.

There is a bug with the ‘embed map with info’ widget. The map displays but clicking on the ‘view larger map’ or the zoom in/out does nothing. It’s a static image.

Actually, we’ve used embed code on this widget. So, any option shouldn’t exist for uploading or entering an image. According to your request, we will inform our developer to verify and fix the problem.

Hey there, quick question regarding the pricing tables: Is there a way to change the number of boxes from 3 to 2 or 4?
For example, if I choose two boxes only, there is still space left on the right side. Is it possible to change this?

The mentioned Addon and Saasland are totally different. You will purchase the addon pro version if you need this; otherwise, you can ignore this. The Pro version isn’t required for the Saasland. You can use the free version.
Well I can’t ignore it becuase it continues to notify me to upgrade to Pro continiously. Please remove the notification as its super annoying
We have not released the Pro version of Droit Elementor Addons, so it should not prompt you to upgrade to Pro. Can you please give us a screenshot?

The problem continues after a month, I had to uninstall the template. I wasted money and time with this template. I know they won’t give me my money back. The worst thing is that with its last update, in a clean installation the site is extremely slow (on a dedicated server).
