Regarding the issues you have with widgets, please understand that we didn’t include compatibility with WordPress 5.8 yet and we are working on adding compatibility for that version as well. By then install and activate Classic Widgets plugin.
If you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file

I’m intrested in your theme Cityrama https://cityrama.qodeinteractive.com/ but there are some unclear features about it :
1) In the “Add a place” button does it allow multiple places per user ? (I need to have one place per user only, is it possible ?).
2) Is your theme compatible with the ACF plugin ? Can I customize/change the fields in the place and use my own fields ?
3) Is your theme compatible with Wordpress 5.8 ?

1. Check out Cityrama’s user dashboard by singing in from the front end of the demo website with the folowing credentials
Username: test Password: test
So once you are logged in you will be able to add places.
2. We have not tested this plugin so please understand that we can not guaranty theme compatibility with it.
3. For WP 5.8 you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ until we release an official update.

I purchased your theme Cityrama but I have some questions about it :
- The registration Tab shows the message “You don’t have permission to register” Even though I allowed users to subscribe. Why is the register form not showing ?
- I need to customize the fields of the places example : Add 2 more phone number fields, add checkboxes, add an extra description field … Remove the price field… Is it possible to do that ? If so, how can I achieve this ?

Presales questions: - can I change the checked items on the listing? - if a user likes a listing does that factor into future searches? - can I write my own plugin to override the search feature? - can multiple people “own” a listing? - can I use a different template to show a listing depending on it’s state? The checked items are all our Icon WPBakery elements, you can change the existing ones, add new and delete the ones you don’t want. The like feature doesn’t affect the search. When you buy our theme, you can alter it in any way you want, but keep in mind that we don’t provide support for items that have been modified and we don’t offer modification services. Each listing can be owned by only one user. There is only one layout for all listings.

I installed the theme and now want to have my editor add listings. He is an editor level user in WordPress but the option to add listings is not there for him. I don’t want to make him an administrator for security and technological reasons so what can I do?

There is no option for this. Only the administrator can add listings. Achieving this would require changes in template files, which is not included in item support, sorry about that.

Oh my God! How can you sell this template normally if your demo versions don’t work normally! It is impossible to log in to the test personal account, the pages are barely updated and the buttons do not respond to log in!

Hi, I have a pre-sale question. Do you have different demos of the listing page which I think it’s the most important page template? We would like to know if theme system supports commission fees upon online bookings, of each listing type/category. And how is that working: e.x. we get all the money giving next the amount to our listing clients or the system split the commission and charge it while it gives the rest to listing clients. Pre Sale Questions:
1. Can we use custom fields to the listing forms? I have listings with categories/listing type and each category/type listing form has different fields related to the category/type
2. Restrictions: I have plans with level. These paid subscribers will see other users lists, but certain features will be hidden to the user who have paid for a lower plan. So the restrictions are based on VIEWING USERS not Listing Author plan
3. Plans needs to have expiry and Listings also expiry. This will depend on the plan selected
4. Free plan needs to auto assign to the user as soon as they register

1. Unfortunately, no. Our listings are custom post types and modifying them would require additional coding, which falls out of our support scope. 2. This is not available with our theme. You can try finding a plugin to help you achieve this. 3. Listings have an expiration date, but the pricing plan will stand as it is until you change it. 4. The free plan also needs to be “bought”, there is no option to automatically assign it to a new user. 5. There is no option for this, you can try finding a plugin to help you achieve this. 6. Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Google Maps API I think is properly Set Up. The URL is https://www.pioargentina.com/webok/ – The DEMO listings are shown properly on the map, but the new ones I create (even if I just edit the location of the demo ones) are not showing prperly on the map. In the Listings map the map appears in the middle of the ocean -> https://www.pioargentina.com/webok/places/?qodef-ls-main-search-listing-region=61 // and in the detail, the map just dissapear -> https://www.pioargentina.com/webok/job/the-yoga-room/

You need to make sure several things are set up properly. First, you need to use matching API keys in your listing settings and global theme settings:
