How to get files as .html not as .php
WordPress is a dynamic website which is developed with PHP. You need to host it in a PHP enabled server. Does this answer your question?
No we are going to use this theme react based website, so we don’t need files as php files, we need every page as .html, what we get bootstrap theme html websites.

The front end editor returns a white screen. I can’t use the interface.
I think you enabled Gutenberg Editor from the WPBakery Page Builder Settings page, which is not compatible with our theme. Please disable it.

Found resolution for those. Now, I found something else. The H1 heading for About Page and a few other pages toggle and the option to edit them fades away. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Home page and about page banner sections are created with Slider Revolution. You can find it after login as admin, in the top of the page.

You can find option to change sidebar info from Admin > Appearance > Widgets. Please which info doesn’t change in the sidebar.

Greetings, I am using your Pivotal theme. Question is how is the “How Pivotal Works” section edited within Wordpress? It looks like there’s not a component of Wordpress Editor that can recognize it, is there a way other than manually editing? I assume there is just probably doing something wrong.

Yes you can edit. After login as admin, go to home page > click ‘Edit with WPBakery Page Builder’ from top bar > Hover your mouse on top of one of the boxes > click Edit button next to Processing Works tooltip > You will find 5 rows for each box

I just downloaded your template. Looks very good. However, when I uploaded the Zip file into Wordpress I didn’t get any homepage examples or anything, no pictures. Its literally just a blank page…? How do I get all of the promised content?

Tried to import the demo content but got an error message : An error occurred while fetching file from: wp-content/themes/pivotal/ocdi/pivotal-widget.wie! Reason: 404 – Not Found.
Create an admin account for us and email using the message system from our profile here. We will look into it.
We have imported the Pivotal theme successfully. However, the theme does not render on the screen. The website only displays a white screen without any of the web elements.

Hello again. It seems that when I want to use WPBakery page builder to edit the pages it shows nothing but a white screen. Then when I checked the WPBakery settings it shows that I have to activate the WP bakery which cost me $45. Is it related to this issue? Do I have to pay another $45 to use it or is it just me who cant access to this extension? Thanks.
The plugin is already bundled with the theme. Although it says to activate, but you do not need to purchase it separately. It should work right after you install the theme and install all plugins.

If it still doesn’t work, we would suggest to deactivate and reactivate the plugin. It should solve the issue.

This is really pissing me off Now. How can I get a refund? I have downloaded the theme this or three time and still got this error message this is ridiculous. Please help
This is may be your upload size issue. You can upload zip file using FTP/Cpanel then unzip it and active theme. I hope it will be work. Thanks

Hi there! We are updating the “testimonials” section to add more testimonials, and are curious how we can make sure that the home page allows for all of the testimonials to be part of the scrolling? Right now we have 14 testimonials, but only the two most recent ones are available for viewing. We have clicked “home one” and “home two”, but that didnt add the others.

- Scroll down to the testimonial section
- Click ‘Edit’ icon next to ‘CL Testimonial’ bar In the popup dialog, enter your value under ‘Per Page’ text box
- Save changes and click ‘Update’ button from the top right corner.

I bought datascience and analytics theme. I am trying to upload to wordpress. But upload fails with a timeout.Wordpress says, unzip the themes file on local machine. Use ftp from local machine to upload the theme files.When I unzipped the the theme file, I could all zip files (demo-data.zip , license.zip, pivotal-zip.zip, pivotal.zip, plugin.zip etc). Not sure how to ftp and install this plugin.I am new to Wordpress themes, can you please help?Thx, Sridhar

Unzip pivotal.zip on your local computer, log into your server using FTP client and upload it into: /wp-content/themes

Hi, My website is hosted on Yahoo small business servers. On these servers we can only publish our files using FileZilla. In this process we are not getting the URL with the post name. What could have gone wrong. What can we correct?

I see the issue. Usually to use post name as permalink we go to Admin > Settings > Permalinks > Common Settings > select ‘Post name’ option > Save Changes
I see other people had same issue with Yahoo hosting and found a workaround here: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/14539/wordpress-permalinks-yahoo-hostingno-htaccess-allowed

Shared the details. The URL I have corrected with the instructions you gave.. but the website is very slow. Doesn’t look like its the server issue
We have inspected your site and found that slowness was due to your server. For example opening a service page took 8.98 seconds, where your network time to first byte (TTFB) was 8.12 seconds. After it connected to your server, page loading took only 0.86 second.
On the other hand in our server a service page of this theme took only 1.03 second (TTFB was 0.33 second).

If you check our demo site you will notice it’s pretty fast. The speed mostly depends on the hosting provider and the package you choose. See whether your client’s hosting provider supports SSD storage. We recommend hosting on either siteground or greengeeks.
