Hello I have purchased this theme, I love it , its great and its super easy. The only problem is I upgraded php to 7.4 and site started to crash from time to time. I am wondering is this theme suitable for PHP 7.4 version ? I think the problem should be with the hosting because site has not crashed yestrerday whole day and today it started to crash 
Please Could you help me somehow ?

i have purchased this theme and configured my Wordpress website product detail’s permalink to follow “Mysite/products/product_name” url pattern but the old pattern “mysite.com/product_details.php?id=1” still working.
is there any way i can redirect the old url to new one .
Did the product URLs change after updating the permalink pattern?
Hi, for Product Categories on the homepage, how do you make it display on 2 columns masonry? Page Builder Columns 2. Theme Settings -> Filter Widgets set to 2 columns. Whatever settings I use, it’s always on 4 columns. It makes no sense. Please help
Hi, Are you referring to the Categories Grid above the shop-catalog? This is the “Product Categories” element/widget available in the page-builder (Elementor or WPBakery), so you’ll be able to change its layout there.
Hi, I fixed it. To be able to set the Columns # in WPBakery Product Categories, you have to change in Theme Setings Grid to 6, otherwise it won’t work for example if the product listing is set to Variable.

It’s possible to create similar options with a variable product – they can be displayed as select-boxes or labels/swatches.
if I make 2 variables, can the prices be set differently? example: The first variable: the red bag costs $ 10 second variable: the blue bag costs $ 12

- Are you referring to a menu icon/button (like the one displayed on mobile devices)? It’s possible to display this on desktop as well with some CSS changes.
- There’s no option for this currently.
- Yes, the WPML plugin is used on multiple client sites.

I find that you can setup scroll for shop after clicking on a category filter, but can´t find how to fix this issue on checkout page. Can you help me find out? ThemeForest require that page elements/widgets, post-types and other features are included via plugins – they can be deactivated from the “Plugins > Installed Plugins” page in the WP admin if you don’t need to use them.
The ‘Contact Form 7’ plugin is used for the Contact page form by default.

What is the order of the previous/next arrows on a single product page? Can this order be adjusted? I can’t figure this out of your demo site
These arrows link to the previous/next product adjacent to the current product (the previous_post_link() and next_post_link() WP functions are used).
OK, thanks. And do the arrows then scroll through the products (by category) by date or in alphabetical order?
They cycle through products based on the shop-catalog’s product order (relative to the current product).
And what if the arrows jump with gaps through the products (within the same category what is fine)? Does something still need to be set for this?

When updating the menu thru…
appearance -> menus
...I get server timeouts/error 500 for about 45 seconds. The menu never updates, either. I pretty much can’t add anything to my menus anymore. It seems to work fine on the default theme. This seems to be isolated to the Savoy theme.
Disregard, problem has been resolved.
This was entirely not the fault of this theme, to note. I had mistakenly (perhaps drunkenly?) updated my backend to PHP 8 a few days back. Swiftly realizing this mistake, I reverted to PHP 7.4 – this broke a lot of things in production for me, including my wp-config. WP_MEMORY_LIMIT was reset to 256M, when in reality my site requires slightly more than that to do certain memory heavy tasks (like apparently updating my menus?). Setting my limit to 512M completely resolved this issue.
