The symbols are indeed from custom html. The navigation menu also cover the entire page which makes the actual content disappear.

The “Effect” tab isn’t directly related to Impreza, it’s a part of the Ultimate Addons plugin that is a separate product.

Please delete the Ultimate Addons plugin completely and manually install the latest version: https://help.us-themes.com/impreza/installation/addons/#2-manual-installation Once updated, go to Theme Options > Advanced and turn OFF the “Disable jQuery migrate script”.
