1. By default all of the Tour Grids show as 1 column for mobile, but if you want two, we could provide code for that, no problem.
2. We are actually just about to release a full header & footer builder in Elementor which will make all custom options available. In the meantime, there are some custom theme options available for the header & footer to change colors and add certain content.

Hi, no need to purchase anything additional. Everything shown in the demo (and much more) is possible with the included package. Nothing shown in the demo requires extra plugins or purchase.
hello i use a windows computer , i just recently got this template as i loved your nyc tours template and look, i loaded it up to wordpress and its looking so bare with none of the nyc theme really in the background so i can work from it, would you mind telling me how i get the nyc tour theme onto word press please? thank you
actually ive just realised there is a set up process in wordpress for your and managed to find the option of the nyc tour background. it now works, sorryfor the question above , ive chosen the option to try build a website for myself for the first time. scary times lol

Hi, it’s likely that was the setting that came as default in the theme options – if you just toggle it to another setting, then save, and then toggle it back it will work. Hello ! can we set up : 1. tours slots (wine and beer tour >> 01/12/2021 >> 2 slots : 11h00 and 13h:00 2. maximum person per slot (on 1st, 10 persons, on 2nd, 15 persones) 3. use wpml and translate only content (if I book a tour on slot 2 for 2 personns, I need the availabily decrease to 13 person for any language) thx !
Hi, yes the theme and plugins are fully translatable in WPML, and yes you can set up any number of time slots at any time. Each slot can be a different length and every day can be different.

Hi – I have a WPML Question, I wanted to have the language switcher in the Top Bar, Where the Top Bar Text is, So I added the php code to the header file in the theme, and it looks good, But I know that the next time I update the theme, I will have to add this back in again, How can I edit the Child theme to commit this change in future? thanks – Love the theme and been using it for 2 months building a tour company website and Its been a pleasure to work with.

We are actually nearing completion on a new update which includes an optional Elementor header/footer builder. We will have templates to start from so it will be easy to modify as you see fit, and then you won’t have to worry about any future update impact. Our recommendation would be to use the new option which will be in the next theme update.
For those who have owned the theme a long time and still confused on why they cannot edit the text on the tour grid anymore. Even with all the updates and reading all the documentation that is outdated in regards to this.
All you have to do is download the plugin OptionTree (1 word, typed just like that) in order to be able to add and change the text of your tour grid. When I went back reading the posts here it is as if it is known to the buyer this exists, but truly if it is not auto included with the updates, no one would know.
I kept reading step by step how to go to the tour section and click edit (do not edit with Elementor) only to be stuck in the same place, I had been stuck in for 2 years. So as an owner of this theme since 2016, I figured I’d help someone out.

OptionTree is a required plugin, so it is bundled with the theme – every customer receives the plugin, and it’s also listed in our documentation for Embark as a required plugin: https://themovation.helpscoutdocs.com/article/207-required-plugin-list-for-embark
Our documentation is not out of date – those are the correct plugins, and our required plugins prompt customers to install them. It’s hard to say exactly what the issue was that you ran into, but we are always available on our support system to help all customers with any issues that come up: https://themovation.ticksy.com
Even if like in your case, you don’t have active support – if it’s a simple question like this, we always respond to customers to point them in the right direction.
Hello, thank you for your response. Trust me when I say that I would not have left such statements if not true as I have communicated directly before you had extra support (that is if this is the original designer of the theme), because your new support just isn’t you and as personable.
That said, I have updated the theme every time you put it out via the Wordpress platform. With me doing that, this did not have the widget in the update. I thought I was crazy at first and I was not. So if the preference is for us to get the file and import it verses using the platform please note that for the update notes on the page. This is where I come to check to make sure what has changed.
Also, the statement I made about the information being out of date shows a date of 2007 for how to change the tour widget and doesn’t work the same way as the images show.
Lastly, yes you do provide support in my experience in the long past. Yet, when told to use the system, either I am not using the right link or it tells you to enter in your purchase code and when you do that if you didn’t pay for so additional support, it won’t let you post the question.
I appreciate your responsiveness which is a reason why I like these theme more than the ones I have ever purchased.

Hi there guys! I really like your theme and i would like to know if is possible to fully customize the “single tour”, i want to create a single tours like airbnb and of course add some custom fields. I use some addons like Jetengine, happy addon, etc.
Hi, yes each tour page can be completely customized as you like. As it stands right now, the tour single pages are all independent and don’t rely on one preset template, however all of the examples from the live demo are included to work off from for each tour single page, and they can easily be duplicated as well.
In a future release, we will be adding the ability to create one master template for tours, for those that want that option.

1. Can you tell me how you envision the categories being a part of the booking process? If you’re looking for custom fields, yes you can add custom fields to the booking form.
2. You can set up the per person pricing however you like, so in this case you could have adults and children as separate purchase options, where there is a discount for X number of adults for instance.

Hi, we are using this theme on a few websites. One of them stopped displaying the social and contact icons. The settings are the same for all websites. I tried deleting and re-adding the social and contact items via “Customization”, purged all caches (LiteSpeed Cache). Even downloaded and uploaded the theme files. But no change. Any idea what could cause this? Thanks

We made some more progress today. Still waiting to hear back from W3 Total Devs. The help doc us almost ready, but we need to make it very easy for everyone to use, so hopefully tomorrow.
Just a question about marking a tour as paid. Once a payment has come through woocommerce will the tour be marked as paid or will admin have to go back in and set this manually?
I believe that has to do partly with the payment gateway. You could run a test and see how it works with your gateway. There are also some options in the admin under Tours > Settings > WooCommerce
Hi there, Great Theme so far, however I’m having an issue with sending Appointment Requests the admin.
All other email are being sent fine.
I’m using POSTSmtp plugin and can see all other emails logged except the request.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to me. 1. Yes there’s nothing in there. 2. I’ve checked those settings and I’ve also checked the SMTP logs and can’t see any mails being sent for the “Appointment Requests” but I can see they’re being sent for “cancelations”

If you have disabled the Booked mailer, and the emails aren’t sending, then I’d check with your web host.
