Hello, I want to thank you for a great theme. But I have one question related to SiteOrigin editor. I want to translate existing posts using WPML and new created posts for translation to be able to edit also with SiteOrigin editor. Also translating a page to a new language, I am not able to edit the translated page with SiteOrigin. Please help

Hi, I have a problem with translation. Most common words in Shop are still in english. I’m using Loco Translate and I can see all strings in woocommerce plugin are translated, but site still show words in english… Any idea how to fix that, please????
Hi, Most of shop text-strings are default WooCommerce ones. We only overwrite a couple of them. Those are found in Loco Translate under the Dentalia text domain.

Hi, I do not recommend importing the demo again, as this will reset your theme options and possibly duplicate menu items.

Hi, To ensure compatibility with WordPress 5.6, you will need to update the theme to 2.1 version.
If the theme files were modified, then those modification will need to be ported to a child theme.

have you got a javascript code to fix that in the files? It’s a little website with a builder. It’s just the drop down menu. Thanks
The 1.1 theme version you are using, is from 4 years ago.
In the meantime WordPress has changed, the Page builder has changed and browsers have changed.
1.1 version is just not compatible with the new ecosystem anymore. There is no other good solution, but to update the theme to the latest version.
Even if you resolve the drop down menu issue, I guarantee you will find all sorts of other troubles. Trust me on that, as I was keeping the theme up to date those four years and taking care of all compatibility issues.
Update the theme to the latest version and it will work properly and smoothly again.

PS: On mobile the arrow separator of the slider is smaller than yours on your website, do you recommend disable and delete the plugin of Revolution Slider and reinstall it so all it will ok? Thank you very much!

Are you referring to the Instagram icon used in widgets? Both should be available in the FontAwesome Brands pack. Or do you mean some other part of the theme?
For Slider Revolution this is correct. Delete the plugin and reinstall it from the notification. I’m not sure if this helps with the arrow (I would need to see your site to compare), but the plugin should be kept up to date anyway.

Thank you for fast reply! Yes in widget but there isn’t the circular Instagram icon like others social media..so now my icons in footer are square. About RS when the client will have a true problem (this is a small detail) will renew the support expirated. Thanks for all! You are a great team!
Which icon pack are you using? Also in which widget?
I’m using Font Awesome -> Brands pack. Widget @Orion Icons (in footer 3)..
So these two icons are incliuded in the FontAwesome Brands pack:

You can choose option b, and add the circular background with widget settings: Icon style and Rounding.

You mentioned someting about circular icons, which are not part of FontAwesome, but the Elegant icons pack.

I suggest adding all social media icons with FontAwesome. This will ensure a uniform look.

Where is the file ?
All the widgets are in Dentalia plugin since 1.6 version I think. We made this change back in the year 2018, to meet the new Envato guidelines by which the widgets are considered “plugin teritory”.
If you are experiencing any issues, please update the Dentalia theme to the latest 2.1 version and after the theme is updated, update the Dentalia plugin to the latest 2.1 version as well.

Hi, if I click anywhere on the site, I get a black screen with an X in the corner.
I checked the source code and a class appears in the html: <html lang=”es” style=”height: 100%;” class=”swipebox-html swipebox-no-touch”>
I searched in the theme control panel, if there is a way to disable that, but nothing appears.
Any idea how to fix it, please??

Revolution slider comes free with the theme with its full functionality. But it doesn’t come with activation key. We purchased extended license, so we can include it with the theme. No activation is required.

Only ThemePunch – the slider authors can provide a registration key. There are two types of license, personal and extended. If you want to register it, then you need to purchase a personal license.
But as I said, there is no difference in terms of functionality. The only difference is support and access to their premium library, but the product is the same.

Hi. You can use Wp Bakery with the theme, but some theme functionality will not be there. The demo is built with SiteOrigin Page Builder with custom built options (overlays, light/dark color control, separators…) and 30+ widgets. We recommend to first try it out as it is.

Hi, The contact forms on the demo are built with Contact Form 7, which is a free plugin. The forms come with the demo import. You only need to set the correct e-mail address after installation and import.
