These are the server capabilities:

max_execution_time=50 sec memory_limit=0.5 GB upload_max_filesize=256 MB post_max_size=96 MB max_input_vars=3000

I see that the max execution time is not the recommended value. Just to confirm, this template won’t work using my server (one.com) right? Contacted one.com’s support and they said they can’t change this due to their policies.

Max execution time and upload file size are important when importing demo content with a lot of demo data and like most theme authors we suggest higher values that are covered in the article we have provided you with.

Beside one click import, there is also possibility to import demo with XML file and by using default WordPress importer or some 3rd party plugin like for example one click demo import.

Problems with demo import are common issue for all theme authors since demos become more robust so they can satisfy needs of all customers. We can’t tell you for sure if you will be able to import entire demo 100%. Also, in case that you encounter problems with import you can always contact our support so they can try to import entire demo for you. You can also consider to choose a hosting that can meet the required recommendations.

Also, you do have an option to upload a Website Song within our theme options which will play the audio on page load.

However navigating to different pages and using a player will affect the player if you navigate to different page, so it cannot play regardless of page load. We hope we did not misunderstood you and please let us know if you have any additional questions.
