i did Refund the deposit successfully with stripe and in woocommerce > order it says refunded but no change in user-dashboard, any ideas why?

Hi, We do not process refunds form admin to users (only the payments from users to admin). I did save the comment. We have on wishlist a larger request regarding processing payments from admin to users and I saved your wishlist there, but the project itself is not planned at the moment.

We follow the schema fields, but those specific details that show in the report do not have any correspondent element in the theme structure (which can happen). Hi Alex, I do no speak russian. You install child theme and theme translation .po is set in child heme and the core functionality plugin stores the translations for wpresidence core plugin.

To sell object is not possible. The booking is per item (per listing) so if you have 100 products, you create 100% listings.

Booking happens without login only if there is a deposit to pay, woo commerce to pay the deposit and instant booking for booking to bypass owner approval. Hi. The guests field was designed to be used for the number of guests. There was no reason specific for the way we created guests. And actually, at the moment of development the theme was created with people from the rental field and it was not asked to separate this by adult or child. I will save the suggestion to our wishlist for sure, but we do not have a separation done at the moment. Thank you

Hi Birken, The theme options do not force remaining payment at all. And to automatically change deposit to 100% if a booking starts tomorrow, I am not even sure that is possibility technically.

I think the best would be to put 100% deposit if you aim to collect full payment before booking starts. We cannot force the remaining balance payment in the theme. Only deposit can be enforced and that is done by making the booking confirmed only after deposit is paid.

hello, most of the vacation company out there airbnb, vrbo and so on.. uses that way if renter book today and check in tomorrow then it is full payment! is very normal thing in the vacation business! and to add all the listings to 100% is not right. sorry but you cant just have Black or White it need to be options and logic please.

As theme developers we try to adapt it to everyone, but I do not think we can technically what you wish in this case and continue to use the theme as it works now for our other clients.
