Hi, Thanks for your question. It not our theme or installation zip files issues. Sometimes it happens for the upload file size limit. please check your upload file limit our ask your hosting provider to increase the file upload limit.

Hi Johan, I am a professional developer and work on many websites and themes. I am running this on my own VPN and I have set upload limit of 250Mb (theme is hardly 16Mb zip). I tried installing themes with larger sized zip as per your response and they are working perfectly. Hence issue is in installation zip. Please check and revert.

Hi, That not the case we do not help you with the issue. Sidebar widgets and page elements are totally different. If we help you we need to make a new Elementor widget like the sidebar. we try to add this feature in our next release soon for you.

Hi, Thanks for your question. Theme options page showing broken because of some file load over the HTTP. when you use HTTPS on your website you need to redirect your all permalinks into HTTPS. You can easily solve the issue by installing Really Simple SSL plugin or if you need any help to solve the issue please provide us your development site login details via our support email.

Hello, I have problems installing the geoport theme. By installing all plugins I have this error (extract of error message) :

1. Contact Form 7 issue we informed you of the very next comments or email.
2. Slider button color issue: We use Revolution slider Plugin to create the slider so you can modify or create your own slider via the Revolution slider. it not possible for us to assist you with how to customize the slider button. Please check the Revolution slider video documentation that we already mention in our theme documentation file.
3. Customization issue is not under our theme support but you can create the same types of layout using the Elementor page builder.
4. We flow our design pattern to develop the theme. If you don’t like any section or you want to modify any part of this theme for your need you need to do it by yourself or hiring someone because the customization issue is not under our theme support.
We try to provide you some assistance to solves your all the issue as soon as possible.

Are you guys serious? I can understand for some parts but how can you tell me changing the color is not part of your theme? I mean you don’t support that! I want to do it myself but give me options.
I am not asking you guys to change anything for me but just to tell me where I can change colors cause I can’t use default colors as my website uses different colors.
You guys have contact Form with a button and icons we can’t change the color? What’s that? With fields not showing well and you’re telling me it is not your problem.
When you develop a theme, make sure people can use their own colors and not just yours. You should give is options…
If you guys had put a real button on Revolution Slider, I wouldn’t ask about how to change the color… You guys put a code and I am stuck with your color. Why didn’t you guys use a normal button like everyone so that it can be easy for us to change colors?!

It happens for the file upload size, PHP memory, and execution time limits for your website. You need to increase the values of upload_max_size. Checkout Page is not Working. I’m using checkout field editor. Though the shipping form is optional still it asks me to fill it. It happens with only this theme. It works perfectly with storefront. Please tell me what issue it is? I have tried with 5 different plugins still the result is same.
