Sidebars stopped appearing on the right side of the blog single post pages. They move below “content.” I have your latest version, and FYI your latest download of v4.9 includes OLD versions of OZY BuildMe Essentials. I have a later version (2.5) from last update. Your download today includes version 2.3 of Ozy Essentials. Same problem with Essential Grid. The download is v 3.0.1. I already have 3.0.11 I am simply trying to get the sidebars back, where they have always been. I have not done anything to change this. Trying to diagnose what is going on with your theme. It has started misbehaving in strange ways, without any human intervention. After the update to 4.9 last July, things have not worked correctly. EVEN THOUGH default page layouts are set for page and post with a RIGHT sidebar, they never appear. And on any post, in admin, there are not options at all to select anything such as a sidebar. The sidebar IS there, but way down below a post that fills the page side to side. The closing DIVs are about six after the main article content. They close content before any sidebar div comes into the page code. This is extremely frustrating because you have a beautiful theme and it has worked for years for me. Now, not.

It was a plugin conflict, for the sidebar issue. Thank you for your offer to help, all is okay with page layout. Not sure about the bundled plugins with the theme, the older versions, but I’m not worried. Your theme is great, as always. Sorry for the trouble, enjoy your week!

Strange thing happened! Haven’t touched my website in a week, and only updated a retina plugin, but suddenly see that the BuildMe logo replaced our logo in the header, the hours and support header info also defaulted back to yours, and the footer elements reverted to the demo. How in the world does this happen? Any clues?

Mobile menu is not clickable and also the info bar is not showing on the mobile view of the site. I notice that the custom css is affecting a whole lots of things on my site. However the major reason for using that is to have the logo banners displayed on my site beside the main logo as attached. Is it possible to achieve this without necessarily using the CSS Hero plugin. The about menu is no longer clickable neither is it opening and other pages are also being messy like the single news page and also the sidebar is not working on the blog. Kindly please treat this critically as an urgent matter.

Your request requires serious customization but you can use Essential Grid plugin (included within your theme) to build more advanced grid layouts with many filter options, please give it a try.

Guys sorry but my support has run out our client instructed lots of changes so we are going for a rebuild, reset the site and went to reinstall and now demo import is not working CCS & JS imports (Theme style) but no content.

Latest download of BuildMe update has a very old version of MasterSlider – maybe a mistake? the version you bundled shows it is a 2017 version, only tested up to WP 5.2. Help. JS-Composer you bundled with latest BuildMe v. 4.6 is old, shows v. 6.2. VERY glad I didn’t update that. Essential Grid latest in your plugins download shows it was the August 2020 version. Your Ozy BuildMe Essentials plugin is two versions behind, it shows Version: 2.3. Rev-Slider is many versions behind, it shows from August of 2020. I just extracted your latest download today, and even though your theme version is correct, all of the plugins are old. Thought you would want to fix that right away. I am glad I manually update the theme. I caught this issue right away before disabling and removing plugins and uploading old ones from your package.

That is confusing. I download the latest package, I upload the theme, latest version as always. When you say “Plugin Repository” you mean in the admin dashboard? Okay, so thankfullly I did not upload what you provided in the lastest download. I just should always remember to ignore what we receive in the theme update download, is that correct? My theme is completely licensed, btw.

If your theme is verified you’ll be asked to update bundled plugins (if available) on your dashboard, so the plugin updates are automatic now. We can bundle latest version of the plugin with theme package but even that requires the theme be verified.

Sure, BuildMe Essentials plugin which contains support for custom post types, functions and shortcodes. Please follow the guide on your dashboard which informs you about non installed & non active plugins.

A previous builder bought this theme, but no longer provides website services. We need to update the theme (it won’t allow us to on their website anymore and we’re loosing valuable pluggins we use). I have the original purchase code and receipt of purchase, but it was in the other designers account. Can we get this transferred to our account so we can properly update it or how can we move forward without an entire website rebuild? It won’t allow us to put in a formal ticket either because the original contract for support has already ended.

The link in your online help to download the PSD files is invalid. WP Bakery is out of date and no location to download the latest version on your site.
