And even if we apply a custom footer in general theme options, it is not taken into account in articles
To reflect the footer in general theme, please make sure to be “globally” in the specific page editor.

blog single footer isn’t working. not matter what changes I make, it still defaults to the logo icon and copyright. This is frustrating. Please provide a fix ASAP.
Also social icons are invisible on standard header

when you refresh the page, the icons show in the header for a second then disappear. That along with other buggy features leaves me very annoyed and I’m about to ask Envato for a refund

These theme got some errors. The first simple thing that comes to mind is that if you try to change image dimension like for example 16:10 it shows the images in a kind of blurriness. Even thought the aspect ration on images ive entered 16:10 it still shows them blurry. Tried to reach out to support about month ago, didnt get any answer.

the theme social icons on header is not working and the custom footer is not editable. It is very urgent because that is clients website..Please solve it soon.
and the mobile version is not perfect….
Hello! Please check the elementor setting for the icon. Also check dashboard > appearance > bim theme options : to edit footer and other options. For mobile version kindly specify which part you mean. Regards

It’s a good looking theme BUT so far I am not impressed with the support. Perhaps I made a mistake purchasing this item. Modifying the footer should not require special instructions and I am no WP noob.

Thank you. In a effort to be transparent, the problem was that my initial installation of the demo was corrupt and it got fixed after I exhausted all options and reset the WP installation and re-imported the demo. Once I did that it fixed the issues. The theme is really nice, perhaps however, documentation is scarce and you will get frustrated with the lack thereof. All in all, I think the theme is worth the price.
