This theme’s latest compatibility is with WordPress version 5.7. Please note that our developers are constantly working on updates for all our themes and for this theme we didn’t include compatibility for WordPress 5.8 yet but we are working hard on adding it. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when the new update will come out but we hope it will be released soon.

In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please note that we haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

Please note that dates set for events cannot be imported and once you set a date and time for single event they will show in timetable.

Hi please confirm why the BMI calculator is not working? It seems to be an error across all sites who use this theme not just mine when I did a search of the text shown where the calculator should be. This is what is showing in the text box.

In case that you’ve recently updated your theme, please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and update bundled plugins listed there. It is important that Mikado Core plugin is updated too when the theme is updated.
Please note that Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server so please check if your purchase code is registered.

This is happening because of the new WordPress update. We are aware of this issue and our dev team working hard to make a fix for all our themes (you will be notified via email when the new update is online on theme forest so you can apply this fix).
In meantime, you can change a WordPress version to the previous one (find more info here), or use another plugin that is changing widgets back to classic https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

Hello, I’ve been using your theme for a year. I am very satisfied, but I have a problem.
Although I did not use the portfolio section on the website I set up, I did not delete the demo contents. I received a mail stating that an image in demo content violated copyrights, I deleted the portfolios that I did not use, but I also want to get information from you. I found the same image on Depositphotos, the ones that send me a copyright mail are from a different company, but do I have any rights as I made the licensed purchase of this theme?

These images cannot be used on your website unless you purchase the license from a stock image website yourself. Also you can read more about it here.

Hi, I’m using PHP 7.0 and the site works fine, but if I upgrade to PHP 7.4, or even 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3 the site stops working and it shows a blank white page, if I use activate a different theme it works fine with any PHP version. I also tried disabling all plugins and no difference, so i got to the conclusion that the theme is not compatible with anything above PHP 7.0. Please help. Thank you.

All our theme labels are translatable and you can read more about it here
Also, the labels for the BMI calculator are located in this file:
wp-content\plugins\mikado-bmi-calculator\languages\mikado-bmi-calculator.potWhen you create a translation for a plugin, the name of the new file needs to be written like this:
mikado-bmi-calculator-pt_PT.po and mikado-bmi-calculator-pt_PT.moin order for the translation to work.
