Of course visitors can comment any post and view comments of other visitors, this is default feature of WordPress and available in any theme. You can’t combine themes in WordPress, every theme works differently. This is not a shop theme to add additional shop related features (like products on author page, products rate, etc). This is a blog/magazine theme. Visitors can’t set ratings.

Hello, you can install our theme no matter what theme you currently use, and it will work. However you should understand that by changing your old theme to new theme you will lost ALL features that your old theme have (because new theme will have another features and options). We can’t know what built-in features have your old theme and what you used. Our theme is not for Elementor, this means you still can use Elementor for regular posts and pages, but you can’t built homepage using it. And if your old theme add some custom elements for Elementor – you will lost all this elements when you switch your theme to another theme. You can use any good third party plugins with our theme. Some plugins may require additional code integrations and you will be need to resolve this with plugins support (we can’t help you how to integrate not our plugins to our theme, this is not included in theme support).

Hello, Google Page speed is mainly related to server performance and available server resources. Our demo server have more than 200 active WordPress installations (we have 35+ themes with 5-10 demos on each) that have very huge traffic load from Themeforest every day. Your real site will not work in this way. If you have good modern hosting (like Siteground or better) you can get speed up to 100/100 if you optimize your images and use caching plugin (we have detailed guide for speed and performance optimization in theme documentation section). Also our demo 1 have 74 in speed test, not 32. You need to test DESKTOP version score, not mobile. Mobile score on WordPress will be always lower than desktop. If you want to have high score in Mobile version you need to use AMP (our theme support this and include AMP plugin). You should test your own real site, not demos. For example if you will test AVADA theme demo (or mostly any other theme) you will get results lower than our (but this is #1 best seller on Themeforest). Demo sites is for demo purposes, located on overloaded demo servers, not for testing page speed.

Hello, thanks for your answer. I bought the theme and put the site running with theme installed to my own (hosted) server. Unfortunately test results are still pretty poor and main problems seems to concern the site structure itself (like “First Contentful Paint” and “Eliminate render-blocking resources”), so actually nothing to with the server. I was using the demo data without any images for testing. For example PageSpeed Insights gave me around 40-45 points all the time. I’m also using Litespeed Cache plugin with optimized settings and Redis object cache by the server side. I’m also well aware, that tests need to be done with desktop version, not mobile and I’m not interested what kind of results some other popular themes has got either (and btw. in my opinion, it does not guarantee anything about the high technical quality, if some theme is popular in here). I would be also a bit interested, that in what kind of conditions you have got the results that you have told? I also noticed a small bug with your Review add-on’s sorting-order feature, probably you are aware of it already? However, this theme seems otherwise pretty well made and the design quality is very high as well!

Hello, this is not a page builder based theme. This is blog theme optimized for Gutenberg. You can use any page builder with theme (WPBakery, Elementor, etc) to build your static pages or posts with regular page builder elements (theme will not add any elements to page builders).
