Good day, I’ve updated to the latest version of the the theme as well as the latest version of the DFD Native Extensions plugin. The Header Builder is loading a blank header no matter what I do. Can you please advise how I can fix this?

Hi, just a heads-up that uploading and implementing a Custom Font through the Native theme options caused my menus (generated through the Header Builder) to disappear. It appears as well that the Header Builder itself is no longer showing the ‘build’ window and there are no estimates on when it will be fixed (if ever)?

I would pay for support again for this, but this was a minor font change being made for a transitional design and I don’t believe the new design will be using the DFD Native theme (it’s been outsourced, unfortunately). Unless you can tell me what tables I can switch out from my live site database into my staging site database to fix this?

In the meantime I’ll just have a quiet panic attack and try to muddle through with one of the other menu options.

Hi There, I’m having a few issues with the theme that are preventing me from moving forward with my site build. One of them being that I’m unable to make changes through the visual customizer. I would like to submit a ticket but, when I enter my purchase code (copy and pasted from ThemeForest) the page simply reloads without providing access to the ticket submission form. Hi ! I’ve been using the theme for a couple of weeks now, it’s very nice ! There’s just this one thing that I cant find how to proceed :

On the shop page I cant get to change the background image; also on a row I previously “copied” from another page, the image is missing. These issues only appear when the page is set to “shop”.

I try to build a post carousel on a page and I get the following error when I visti the page

The result a broken ‘thing’ with grey loading images and no carousel at all.

I would just like some guidance on how to override the WooCommerce Single Product title file. I’ve followed the instructions from WooCommerce themselves by copying the overridden file to a new folder in the theme directory (I also tried the Child theme directory first) etc. But i’m not seeing the changes on the product pages. I’m using the product page template for WP Bakery but I don’t think that is causing the issue. I simply want to change the product title tag from an H1 to and H2 tag. Can you assist?

Hi, I hope you are well. Ever since the new WP update to version 5.6.1 I am completely unable to edit the site. The homepage frontend has changed to become super zoomed in portfolio items and the backend is loading as if it is incomplete, with all the content being squashed to the left hand side and no button clicking is working either.
