I installed the Ivischool theme, but every time I enter one of the courses either to change the title or the price or any other detail, when I save it, the side part breaks down and there is no way to solve it.
I want a refund of the money to buy EDUMA, I have lost a lot of time and money trying to solve it, if the refund cannot be made due to political issues, I want them to change the theme in the download section. Change the Ivy School theme to the EDUMA theme.

I really feel ripped off. buy a theme relying on your brand and the theme does not work. it’s like buying a car and it doesn’t work.
I try to contact support and they do not answer me, nor do they repair the error, in the same way I can see that other people have the same problem.

I’m looking to buy this theme, but with some clarifications:
1. Can I ask course applicants to request a letter of recommendation from their professor or employer (with the option of waiving the right to view its contents) or a transcript from their school? 2. Does the owner/instructor of the course have the capacity to review student applications before admitting them to the course? 3. Do courses have the option be offline, and the theme will function as a student application portal? 4. Can I turn off the pricing and star reviews on the course catalogue pages?
If these are not currently available, do you offer customization services for a fee?

Deactivating the plugs did not help. Everything on the website is up to date. I cannot open a new topic because I purchased a theme more than 2 years ago and cannot open a thread. We have currently used 1 week and almost 2000$ on developers trying to solve a problem. It now seems the problem is caused by LearnPress plugin. V. 4.0.8 and actually most of the V.4 versions. It is causing errors on our checkout page, sometimes it loads forever, other times it gives; Internal Server Error.
We got this from the hosting(CloudWays).: AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace.
Can you fix the issue ASAP?

I have a big problem, I updated thema Ivy School (1.3.9) and all plugins to the latest version (4.0.x), however the field where you add the link to youtube or vimeo of the class simply does not exist.

I installed the theme selection elementor editor in wordpress. After the installation is complete, it seems that the elementor version is incompatible with the theme version, the page layout has changed a lot, and the elementor editor does not work properly. How should it be solved?

I have a problem. During “getting started” i can’t import demo, because when i choose “elementor” nothing is happening. I had installed elementor pro some time before. How can I solve it?
You can try to deactivate each plugin except Thim Core to check, I think to have a conflicting plugin or you can enable debug mode to find the cause of the problem.
