We are actually not able to navigate between sections using id’s. we have added an id for each section but navigation doesn’t work on desktop. Its only working on mobile. Help!!

Do I need to use WPBakery Page Builder for the website? Does the theme only run with it active? Also can I have a different homepage video link (Youtube) for mobile versions? Landscape for Desktop and Portrait for Mobile? as the video looks terrible cropped on phones. Also do you have a bit more documentation anywhere that pertains to each theme?

Hi, what do you mean about mixing? You can insert any video from YouTube, Vimeo or mp4 file. At the moment, only with WPBakery page builder. We have two optimisation methods: 1) cropping by a device screen with central alignment 2) use the width of the content and resize the height with ratio saving. All these methods are available in the Theme Options. You are welcome!
PT Spool Shortcodes is updated to 1.1.0 just did that but still not playing the video.

Please check the privacy settings on your video and YouTube channel. Also, please reinstall the Redux plugin (you’ve installed the Redux demo data, which is not required and added blue lines on your site.)

- Embedded videos can’t have player menu. Only, play/stop and sound buttons.

the scroll of videos on the home page.. when you click on the right to see the other video it shows a 404 error on both chrome safari etc on mobile.. otherwise your template is great don’t get me wrong !

you can check on our website and try to go from one video to the other on the home page .. it works PERFECTLY on desktop but on mobile it bugs..

youtube videos.. very classic videos and i think it’s just a bug on mobile, if you try on desktop you can go from one video to the other very smoothly

Hey so seems we’re have that same issue again for not playing on chrome if you can check, also on any device that does play the video after like 20 seconds or so the video stopped and it says “video unavailable….This video is unavailable.”

I bought the theme while ago but had recently used it for my website. I have a problem with previewing embedded videos.
Once I open any of the videos on my portfolio, everything else freezes and I can’t click on anything, the only solution is to refresh the whole page.
Have you encountered with this problem?

Hi, it doesn’t work fine on a desktop computer neither on a phone. It has been tested on a few computers, the cache has been cleared.
Is it possible that there’s a bug in a theme, or do I put another template from the theme?
