Great theme! I’ve bought it as it was recommended in a lot of design blogs as one of the best for Elementor. I’ve installed it on my dev site and activated the purchase code as it prompted me to. I realise now that it’s a one time dealio per licence. Is there anyway to deactivate a purchase code, so I can use it again on my live site once I’ve seen what it can do?

Hello. a week ago I bought this template in envato and asked how I could go from the free theme to the pro theme without affecting the content that is already on the air much since I like the style of one of the pro themes. But when importing the content it stays on 27/28 and does not progress from there I have waited up to an hour and it does not pass.

hi there, Tried importing the selected pages, etc. for Green Business and twice it has been stuck on “importing widgets”. Is there not a proper import file i can use instead. Because your server might be down or something. Please advise.

And I have installed this theme in the local server for testing. Now I completed the work.
Now I want to transfer this site to live domain.
But When I transfer the site on live domain then it asking for license key.
So please provide me proper step how we can remove the licnese key from local server and add into live domain.
Its urgent I need your help.

Hello, I just bought the Pro version of Phlox. The website that I currently have is modified on one of the demo versions of Phlox. I want to know how I can change for the Pro Theme without affecting most of my content that is on the air.

Hi. You can simply install the Phlox Pro theme as if this the first time you are using the Phlox. All the content will be safe and also the options and configurations will be preserved too.

After I paid for it, not only I was surprised to learn that it can be only used for for domain but also that I have to purchase it over and over again if I want to use the templates that they come with it!! so if I want to use this design on 4 sites, it will cost me $400+ plus the time to customize and edit etc… None of this was mentioned in the description. I am DEEPLY disappointed. How do I cancel the order and get my money back? you can disable the license number to make sure that I am not going to use any of your templates anywhere.
To the Averta guys: please respond within the next 24 hours and either refunds me in full or allow your users to use the templates as advertised on Themeforest. If I won’t hear back from you by Monday, I am going to file a formal legal complaint to Envato regarding this. Also, do NOT ask me to sign up on any third-party sites such as your “support site”. I am NOT going to provide any information about myself to anyone other than Envato because I am highly concerned about privacy and I have no idea about who you are (you have no mailing address and not even a phone number on your site).

I purchased your theme because your ad description states “150+ templates for $49 not 1 template per domain and you have to pay an extra $49 for each domain”. Your ad even highlighted “One Time Fee”. This is a CLEARLY misleading and not a very honest marketing strategy. Whether you work on the weekend or not, is kinda irrelevant and not my business. We all work on weekends these days to support our clients and you’re not doing anything special. Also, it will be better if you respect your clients rather than writing them condescending and passive-aggressive “answers” here. You can keep the money. Very disappointing experience.

Hi, Firs of all we are happy you like PHlox, about the price as you know when an Item goes on sale then it has better price but sale only happens on special events, wecannot always be on sale, But I am sure if you buy Phlox you will see its worth the fee, normal price for a WordPress theme is mostly $59, but still we try to keep our price to $49

Hi, If you are talking about builders, I have to say we do have our own elements for Elementor and our own header and footer builder which all works with Elementor free and all our demos are using only Elementor free and our own elements if you mean the theirs party plugins, then please let me know what exactly do you mean?

If you are using submenu and you open an inner page, submenu items stays beneath page title bar and becomes unclicklable. I guess a css trick would solve this. Can you help me with that?
I checked out some Elementor themes and decided for Phlox Pro, but it’s now $ 49 instead of $ 29. That’s a little too much for me.

Hi team, is there someone that can address our support ticket and work through items with us that doesn’t involve hour long breaks between communication? We started to make a tiny bit of progress but now we’re stuck waiting hours again. I understand there may be time zone differences, but this continues to push timelines back.
Our issues are:
1) logo was not displaying in the header on homepage (seems to be fixed)
2) logo is still not displaying in header on other pages
3) the header actually does not appear on the page until you begin to scroll down, we need it to show immediately on page load and when visitors are at the top of the page.
4) When duplicating content/pages, it does not keep ANY of the styling – is there a way around that to make sure when we duplicate pages it keeps all of the proper styling and elements being used?

Since your technical support didn’t believe me and informed me that you didn’t have any errors. I am writing here about a global bug Woocommerce + Contact Form 7
The bottom line: Field of updating your theme and Woocommerce plugin Contact Form 7 form stopped working. It simply does not send emails.
At first it manifested itself like this: the user added a product to the cart, and then wanted to send a message through the form on the pages:

I thought only I had such a problem, but no, this is a global bug. I tested your demo stores in different browsers in incognito mode, and the result is deplorable. Messages are simply not sent via Contact Form 7 and the “ajax-loader” is constantly spinning and the errors that I wrote above appear.
I cannot believe that only I have such a bug, since your demo stores also give this error and there are threads on the forum.

We have checked this issue and so far, the only problem way from the Autoptimize plugin. This needs further investigation and our dev team is currently checking but I can confirm that at this moment, with Autoptimize being disabled on the live demo servers, the Contact Form 7 plugin works just fine.
Anyway, we appreciate your feedback and heads-up This can help us makePhlox better and better. Our team is working on this to fix what seems to be just a caching or minification problem.

Hi. That widget area is actually a sidebar and you can change its widgets from Appearance > Widgets. And the image is set using a custom CSS in the Customizer panel.

Absolutely beautiful themplates. I was so tempted to buy however each and every template has so many bugs. Here are few examples.
https://demo.phlox.pro/shop-organic/Add an item to cart and the quantity box isnt showing how its supposed to show. Also on phone its obviously not responsive, the whole product price section.
All of the templates their cart section is not responsive on the phone.
I wish templates are well tested before released so users are not frustrated when they try on their end.
Overall i would say
Template Designs are 10/10 Responsiveness 7/10 User Experience 8/10

Why do you incorporate the ratings/comments of the lotus theme here? is Phlox based on the lotus theme or are you just trying to get more sales/comments/ratings here for a newer theme? This is very irritating.
Hi, we changed the name of Lotus to the Phlox a few years ago, then we asked Envato to change the slug but they did not accept that. So a short answer would be, Phlox is our only theme and you are on its comments section already
