Hi and thank you for choosing Lucille for your project. The built in contact form is a ready to use solution, it does not provide this level of customization. For a more flexible solution, please use a third party plugin, like Contact Form 7 (free to use). It is compatible with Lucille and integrated in the look & style of the theme. If you need additional help regarding this plugin integration, just let me know.
The share icons only show Facebook and Twitter on each page. Is there a way to show Instagram and YouTube as well?

Hi. With the gallery plug in, it doesnt display the caption from the image library even though your change log states it should do from version 2.0.9.8.3 (we are using a later version than this)?
I have checked through the settings and there arent any that would enable or disable this that I can see? So it would appear that the code that loads the image isnt actually grabbing the caption for the image when the lightbox is displayed?
Hi, the image caption should be shown both on the hover effect over the image, and on the lightbox. Please make sure that you clear your browser cache and let me know about the result.
Nope, nothing. Tried clearing cache, different browser, there are no errors reported in the inspector. If I view the source it doesn’t even appear to be grabbing the comment from the image as the code simply returns this; . display: none; is overwritten in the CSS by display: inline-block !important; but as you can see, the code isn’t grabbing any of the comment data anyway as this code should return something like;

Hi, I just took over the maintenance for a client whose site is running Lucille. I can’t update WPBakery Builder, it says the license is missing. In another comment you say “After performing each theme update, please go to Appearance – Install Lucille Plugins and update the premium plugins from there.” I don’t have the option “Install Lucille Plugins” anywhere. What am I missing? Thanks
The option became available only when a new update is available. What is the current theme version installed on your side?

It does not show me an Update notice for the theme. Does Lucille auto-update through WP or is it only manual upload?
Do you have Envato Market plugin installed? Please install, activate and connect the plugin with the Envato account that was used to purchase the theme. The latest version for Lucille is 2.1.1, please update your installation.

Hi, I have bought the Lucille Theme some years ago and each time there is an update, I have some broken pages, especially those concerning albums and video clips ie with js_albums and js_videos in their urls are 404 not found. I have to recreate them each time… Any idea ?
Hi, please check your permalinks settings. Go to Settings – Permalinks and make sure that you have selected the option “post name”. Simply click on Save to refresh the permalinks in your database. Let me know how it works.
Hi, thanks. It was on postname but it didn’t work. I checked with the customized parameter and it works. Maybe it’s just a question of refreshing rhe permalinks.
Yes, most of the time just refreshing the permalinks database works and for this you just need to go to Settings – Permalinks and click the Save button. I cannot tell why this is happening, since most of the customers do not have this issue.

Hi, I was using Jam Session Theme since 2014 and I want to change now into this. Just to be sure as a non-native writer here: I will pay one time 64 Dollar (or similar in both EUR) and the theme comes with features like WPBakery and visual composer and slider revolution (to be used only for this one theme, but included with no more costs). And there won’t be any further costs (expect the listed support). Right?

Regarding your questions: the theme purchase comes with: lifetime updates, six months of included support service, bundled licenses for the two premium plugins, access to the demo importer for all the theme demos. The theme does not include individual license keys for the two premium plugins, but you have full rights to use them (we’ve purchased extended licenses for the two plugins for that and you can update the two premium plugins through the theme mechanism). Hi, I’ve been using your theme for almost 4 years and I’m very happy with it. However, since a few weeks all icons (exception: fa fa-phone) are not visible anymore. All I see is squares.

I am unable to use the premium license of slider revolution and WBBakery. Does the plugin also include visual composer?
Hi, Since you are an indirect purchaser of the premium plugin, you cannot receive and license key for the plugin itself. These are the rules on Envato, it is not something that we can change.
But you have the full rights to use the premium plugins included in the theme package (we’ve already paid extended plugins licenses to be able to distribute them for free to our customers) and you can update the premium plugins with the theme. Each new theme version comes with an upgraded version of WPBakery and Slider Revolution.
After performing each theme update, please go to Appearance – Install Lucille Plugins and update the premium plugins from there.
Hello! On my All Events page (which is not the main page) it will only let me display a maximum of 8 events at once, if I exceed that number the whole page goes blank, like everything disappears. Any idea how to fix that, because I want to be able to display all my events which are 24 so far. Thank you!

Unfortunately, 95% of the time the icons in the menu bar are not displayed. I did some research and also found a post about this, but the solutions mentioned did not help. How can I fix this?

Hi, it looks like you have a lot of mixed content errors. Please deactivate all the plugins that are not part of the theme package and check again. Then activate back one by one to find which one is causing problems. Let me know if something is not clear.

Regarding your question, Lucille comes with WPBakery page builder and is compatible with the front end editor, so yes, you can build your website visually, using standard WPBakery widgets and our custom made widgets. Also, you can import and customize any demo that we’ve built for Lucille. Please let me know if something is not clear.
Simple question – How do I update the homepage image? I used to do this through Slider Revolution, but now it says I need to update that and pay for Slider Revolution, but that shouldn’t be necessary for me to simply change the homepage image. Thanks.
Hi, you don’t need to purchase a license for the plugin since we have already purchased an extended plugin license to be able to distribute it for free to our customers. Simply edit the slider object and change the image used. Let me know if something is not clear.

Hi, the theme was implemented using best seo practices, but if you want a professional solution please use a dedicated SEO plugin (one of the free solution available). Yes, you can use videos as backgrounds in the theme, either in Slider Revolution or as background for WPBakery rows. Please let me know if something is not clear or if you have more questions.

Hello. I have been trying but cannot find the answer. I would like to make the font in some parts of the website lighter, to be able to see it better.
