Hi, Can you mix slideshow with video in the same portfolio item either as a mixed video/photo slideshow or as two separate elements one under each other in the right column?

You can have one slider and below the slider you can have video, but you can’t have video in slider, or 2 sliders.

Great theme. Is there a way to place the portfolio thumb page at the bottom of an individual portfolio entry page, similar to how cargocollective sites are set up? (For example: http://www.jorydayne.com/)
I’d like to make the portfolio navigation into more of a loop, rather than navigating back to the thumbs each time. Thanks!

there are already Next / Prev arrows. We’re not planning to add thumbs below, but maybe there is such a plugin which can work…
Just make sure that plugin support custom post types.
there is an extra ”;” in line 159 of bra_pagenavi.php it is just an extra semicolon in the pagination…great theme though, great work

There is no such a shortcode. You can use portfolio shortcode (since the version 1.3) to display your blog entries.
Thank you for what appears to be a great theme. However, I have a few issues.
1. Do you have a forum because it’s too time consuming to trawl through 20 plus pages of comments? 2. I cannot get the portfolio to work. It comes up as though it was a blog listing. I’ve also tried importing your content – and this doesn’t change things. It’s not terribly clear in your help file about the Cat ID codes – as my post categories are also included under the CAT IDs. 3. Is there a way of transferring portfolio entries from a previous theme? When I activated your theme, the 30 plus portfolio entries I previously had with my old theme have disappeared. They are clearly in my php database – but don’t transfer across. 4. Is there an ideal image size for the slider to work efficiently as in your demo? 5. Do you have a portfolio list of other sites that have successfully used your theme? This would be handy.
I would appreciate your help. Until these areas are sorted, I cannot fully transfer to this theme.

1) Forum is something we’re thinking about and there will be one in the nearly future. My opinion is that TF should create this section searchable, because I’m not a fan of external places for support. Everyone should see our service, not only registered users.
2) When you hover over the category name in your dashboard, you’ll see that ID in status bar. There is drop down list o categories in shortcode button Portfolio, so there is no need to get the ID harder way.
3) This should be job for some plugin. Maybe this one http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/convert-post-types/
4) Full width slider should be 960px. If there is sidebar, it’s ~700px.
5) This is another thing we’re thinking about. We’ll add this to our new website soon. Meanwhile, get some of the URLs from 20+ pages of comments…
Please, I need help with BigBang Theme. Can You set the “Home Portfolio” page (in “Home” menu) just Live Preview? I get the “Blog” page.
And in Contact “Full width map” page You can put my location? I can not find where to change it.
I’ve also seen other error on the “Home” page, in this text: “Hello and welcome, we are brankic1979, one of Themeforest’s top authors.” There is a blank space, I can not remove. I would like it to look like in the Live Preview.

Hi there I’ve recently purchased the Big Bang theme. In the past I’ve purchased the Scope theme which came with very clear instructions about how to manage the homepage etc. Is there somewhere I can find the same kind of instructions for Big Bang? I’m not a coder or anything so just want some step by step instructions of how to set up the homepage so it appears as it does on your demo. ie how to upload large images for the rotating promo etc. Thanks

If you have the latest version, you can do it from Appearance->Editor bigbangwp\slider.inc.php

I’ve change some setting in my shortcodes, so autop is not working right. I’ll fix this in next update. Right now, solution is to (in HTML editor) remove all spaces / line breaks between shortcodes.

You have to add this to Extra CSS in Brankic Panel

opacity: 1;
}
It’s not possible to add text to the grid, but you can try to combine one line of grid, with line of text (columns).

this error is something what I haven’t seen before
You have to create new page, select blog template (on the right hand side) you want and to choose blog category (in Brankic Custom Fields).
Also, define Extra Images (on the right hand side below Featured image).
Next, go to Settings -> Reading and choose that new page for Front page -> Static page and change number of blog posts to 4.
