Thanks for writing in! The native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. However, please note that WPBakery does not come included and that you will need to build your own content if you intend to use it.

1. Product single page is an already predefined template and you can not add testimonials from our theme options. You could try to achieve this with some of the WooCommerce official add-ons perhaps.
2. Yes you can add fonts as there is options within the theme to change them.
3. Please check our theme documentation in order to get familiar to the theme options and functionality, you will be able to edit the theme to your needs or you can always engage someone else to do this for you.

I bought this theme but cant find the license for sliver revolution. Where is it located?

Please note that Slider Revolution does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

The very first reflex I had was to rate it 1 star – because it’s far from what I would call a full working theme. I’ll wait for the next updates to rate it, but for the moment I am really disappointed.
I bought this theme for a personal project – for the sake of simplicity I decided to use an existing theme but if I had known how much trouble it was to customize it I definitely wouldn’t have invested in it.
If you want to adapt the graphics to your brand (colours, custom fonts), if you want to use an svg logo for example, disable the “subscribe popup”... well, you must simply overwrite the existing css/code, because the global settings doesn’t work.

There is an option to add video background when using theme, either with page builder or if you want to add it for slider, Slider Revolution also offers an option to add video background.
Once you purchase theme and import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs.

Olá, acabo de adquirir o tema pela THEMEFOREST e não está sendo possível realizar a importação da demo. Quando clico em Aparência> Tema> Import Demo> Essa mensagem aparece: “No demos are configured for this theme, please contact the theme author” Bom…. preciso que isso seja resolvido com urgência, gastei U$69 pelo demo e não recebo a demo. Como prossigo??

Olha, isso é uma sacanagem, eu já li esse tutorial, meu problema não é esse, meu problema é que o tema adquirido não veio o arquivo de demo incluído: No demos are configured for this theme, please contact the theme author”. Estou tentando por 02 e-mail realizar o cadastro no qode.interactive, mas não recebo o link de confirmação de cadastro no e-mail em nenhum dos 02 e-mails, algum bug no sistema está ocorrendo.
Gostaria que me fosse compartilhado o arquivo de demonstração por e-mail pelo menos, no damianpuzzle@gmail.com ou flowuxcompany@gmail.com, o mais breve possível por gentileza

The preloader can be disabled within the theme options. Also, the demo might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher. Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.
