Hello, I just purchased the theme and I have a question. How do I make the header transparent like in demo ? There is a setting “Background Transparency Set background transparency for menu area” but it doesnt work. I tryed 0 or 0.5. What value that field should have for full transparency ?

Thanks for writing in! If you have set the transparency, please also check if you have selected background color, as in order for transparency to take place it will need to have a background color set.

When I update the Dolcino Theme, the pictures in the website disappear. They are no longer displayed, but are still in the Media Library. Same thing happens when I update WordPress. I could’t make any updates since last year, but now I have to install Yoast Premium which is incompatible with my old version of Word Press…
I cannot submit a request in the Item Support link you provided, because my purchase code is no longer due to Item Support (though I paid for Support Renewal, I get the message that my Support has expired).

1. The footer color can be changed within our theme options.
2. The footer appearance, when it comes to columns and footer top/ bottom, is made within our theme options and the content can be edited from Appearance > Widgets.
3. It is possible to change the First Main color, as well as some of our themes shortcodes do have color options that you can change to suit your needs.

2. The theme does come with the WPBakery plugin and for the moment it is not compatible with Elementor unfortunately.
You can always enable the frontend editor with WPBakery.
