You need to upgrade your server PHP version too, Now WordPress recommended to using PHP version 7+ for site security reason.

You can do it easily from your cPanel. If you can not do it, email me with cpanel & wp-admin access info. I can help you to install theme & import demo data.

Hi, could you please address my problems from the email I have sent 3 days ago? I do not understand what you changed and the theme still has many problems…H1 and H2 and other typography sizes appear different in different pages, mobile video does not work, top header with colour problems etc etc…it is urgent…thank you

Costumer support is horrible. You wait 3 days to get an answer, you ask the same 3,4,5,6 times. I have been buying themes for the last 7 years in themeforest and never got this kind of support! I am really disappointed

I just got a message from this author saying he cant help anymore on issues that this theme have and are even assumed by emails from the author! I have been patient enought bit i will report you to themeforest! Never had any support like this with years buying on themeforest!

On mobile version using an iphone, video background does not work.

How can we make it work on iphone? Or it simply doesnt work on iphone?

Also, header is not aligned on the mobile version. Is there anyway to fix it or not?

I told you about customization issue, have already spent lot of hours in our site without any charges.

Normally video background is not working in iPhone. If there is any solutions we found for iPhone, we will definitely add this solutions in future update. If you have any example solution for video background, it would be great to know us.

I do not see any alignment issues in your site, it looks like our demo. Now icon is top aligned.

If you to make it center aligned use this CSS in customize > Additional CSS

Hi. On your demo homepage, on mobile version, the languages appear on the left. And after the hours and the phone contact on the right. The logo appears below. On my mobile version, the theme does not appear like that. How to make it appear exactly like in demo?

This is the content issues, If top-bar content is larger than available space, then it will display in bottom. In mobile view there is not enough space to display content. You can hide specific element for mobile view.

We have options to change 4 dark color – https://prnt.sc/11v02hl 3 colors are nearly close looking. You can check that in Theme Options > Styling Options.

I have tried this, but it makes no difference to the Title header. In my style.css I set background image to none and background color to #040cb4. Background image is removed and background colour is set, but it seems that something else is affecting the colour. It’s as if there is some sort of filter or opacity. For example, if I change it to another colour, say a shade of red, it shows red but not the same red that I’ve soecified in style.css

I have done as you suggested and that has taken care of the first action. However I still have page-title-bg.jpg as the background. I want to remove the image and use background colour instead (actions 2 and 3). Are these available through Theme options? If not, where is the best place to make those changes?

I’m not sure how to do this through Theme Options. Social Icons are showing in the top menu next to my menu options, not in the Header Top bar info (which I have now turned off as you suggested in the previous post).

Please share your site URL here, so I can see the actual situation of your site header.
