we have a saral 1.1 theme website – https://www.bulovasrestorations.com/ – when it switches to a responsive menu on the mobile. we have a completely different email in the contact field and we can’t find the location anywhere to change this. been at this least for a few months. any guidance or help to find the location. thanks
how to install the theme

I have three incidents.
one.- It does not change the personalized icon on the home page, also it does not allow me to change the photos of both the banner and the contents. two.- On many occasions this index is generated which appears in the mail, it starts to load and if I do not update it it does not change and I have to do it several times so that it does not appear image.png three.- when the video section was imported it did not load and it did not allow me to update or customize. email rogelio.inga.hervacio@gmail.com

Yes, you can modify the title text using custom CSS. If you want to change the section title text to lowercase or want to change the only first letter of the sentence in uppercase then you can add this CSS inside Theme Options -> Styling -> Custom CSS option.
To change all text to lowercase:: .saral-section-title { text-transform: lowercase; }
To change only first letter to uppercase and rest are in lowercase:: .saral-section-title:first-letter { text-transform: uppercase; }

What is up with the social sharing? I cannot remove the social icons that I do not want. this is the 2nd issue that I am having today. I managed to fix the header, but cannot remove all bu the FB icon on the socials

I don’t know what happened to my header, but it has reverted to the demo header and I cannot change anything back. Please advise.
Hi, I installed the Saral theme for a new website I am working on. I am unable to get the slider details they are blank. I installed sample data files. Only some things did not come through. I installed and activated all the plugins recommended and provided in the “all files and documentation” folder. I am also having trouble adding link options to a button. As I enter the link for the button, I am taken to the posts sections in wordpress and the button is empty.

hello, hope you guys are all good. I have used the testimonials page template with very little change, with the exception of adding the clients details obviously. Each testimonial won’t click through to either open in a new tab or read more etc. Can you help me this this please?

We have checked the requirements you have mentioned below. You can avoid the uppercases using custom styles and can add link on testimonials by adding custom code inside “Testimonial short-code” file. I have updated a phone number in the contact page through the Contact INfo in Theme Options, but it will not also change the phone number in the title bar. Can you please advise?

Saral Theme is having a different settings to show phone number inside header. To change phone number you can use Theme Options “Header Options” settings, check this screenshot for reference: https://nimb.ws/9QnDlm.At the bottom you will find setting to add phone number which will display inside header, you can check this screenshot for reference: https://nimb.ws/Qcr2zL

Our page is not working on mozilla and edge. You can just see loader… is this compatible with 5.6 or what seams to be a problem?
i noticed that there is a really old version of Rev Slider on this theme. Is it going to be updated?

We’ll release theme with the latest version in coming week. You can also use the plugin zip file added with the theme package it’s just one downgraded version. We have used latest compatible version of Rev Slider. You can download the latest theme package from themeforest.

Saral has a beautiful design but unfortunately when want to display demo pages on site, there is some weird code with some pictures missing.
However, i successfully installed sample data files (content + ess_grid + saral_options + widget.wie, via One Click Demo Installer). I installed and activate all the plugins recommanded and provided in the “all files and documentation” folder.
I don’t understand why nothing appear like in the demo page. Please, help me !

Also please make sure your “file upload size” would be greater than 128MB, if it’s not set yet than please go through our offline documentation and set all the fields values required for “One click demo import”.

Is this compatible with WP 5.5x or higher? Every WP update we have a problem with working and have to downgrade to older version
