The image cropping is not working with your theme. I have several other WordPress sites on the same hosting without any issues, but this theme cropping doesn’t seem to work – constant error cropping message. Please help!

Anyone else having this problem read this: So after about 3 hours of trying to fix this. Here is the solution.
In your ftp software change file transfer type to: binary and then reupload the jacqueline theme. It now works. Have no idea why this works, or what the issue is with the theme but save yourself hours of troubleshooting. and upload as binary

i fixed it. It is an issue with the theme. Needs to be uploaded in binary transfer mode if you are ftping theme files

Whenever I update my theme I have problems with the colors of my website, I would like with each update this does not happen to me. I already solved it but it is uncomfortable to always be wasting time again finding the error and so on.
on the other hand I installed the plugin “themeRex social” I have a problem with the videos on my instagram freed. they don’t appear on my website and the pluyin changes it to whatever text the video has.

I am having a problem with change colors in site. I change the pre-schemes and theme have bugs in colors. In a new color scheme same thing, changed the colors in the backend, but when I update it, the colors that appear on the site are not even close to the colors I pick in the backend (always it shows blue color and other random colors… It makes no sense.. what can i do?

Hello – I’ve purchased your theme and it’s working great so far. One question – why does the logo appear “fuzzy/blurry”? I’ve tried uploading at multiple sizes and all end up blurry. Thanks in advance.
Also – the contact information in the top left of the header only shows a phone number or email, not address info, etc. I’ve tried different ways to make this happen, including filling in all of the contact information within the theme editor. Nothing seems to work – it only wants to display phone and email.

Hi guys, I genially leave you alone as youve been so great in the past.
I am having an issue with a website that only shows changes when logged in. I have cleared every cache possible and even looked through Plesk to see why this was doing this. Everything is up to date, including the theme and plugins. This just doesnt make any sense. This happened before until I saved my permalinks twice, but this time it wont change.
Please can you point me in the right direction as its been about 4 hours now and is still showing the old version

I updated the theme to the newest version this morning. Since the update, the “menu items” no longer work which means rebuilding the sections that used those! I tried adding a menu group and immediately got a critical error message from WordPress. And now, whenever I try to save a page, I get an error message saying that the site has a critical issue. Is this a concern? Is there a fix?

Never mind! I discovered that a few of the installed plugins had required updates. (It’s not super obvious based on how they’re displayed in the dashboard.) Once I made those updates, the error message went away. I was then able to add back in my menu items without issue. Thanks!
