I purchased MyListing 10 months ago and wanted to post a bug in the support forum, but was unable due to that my support expired after 6 months. I renewed but the support forum still says that my support expired in February. I sent a message to you through your Envato profile but haven’t received any reply. Should I do anything additional in order to extend the support?

I want to know if it is possible to set different priorities on search results for the different pricing packages please. If so, where exaclty do I set it please?
Example, the most expensive package must remain on top of search results. The medium priced package much be displayed below the expensive package, and the cheapest package must be displayed below all price packages.

ACF Pro is included as part of the theme package, don’t install it again https://docs.mylistingtheme.com/article/enable-acf-custom-fields-page-in-wp-admin/
WPML is not compatible as we specify in the theme description

These can be edited by editing listing type > single page > content and tabs > profile tab > click on the blocks and edit the title

For listing feed specifically you can use this filter: mylisting/sections/listing-feed/args. There are also other hooks that you can use to control various functionality throughout the theme

I have another question. I have a Business Listing Type and a Portfolio Listing Type. How do I make the Business Listing Type have a one to many relationship with Portfolio Listing type? Is there a way to display the Portfolio Listings appear as a tab inside the Business Listing? So within the Business Listing, they click on Portfolio Listing, and see all the listings associated to that business. The same goes for jobs.

Please try the following:
- Disable all plugins unrelated to the theme
- Disable child theme
If the issue is solved proceed to enable them one by one and find which one is causing the issue.
The last update was on April 2nd and we did not have any reports of dashboard issues so far, so there must be something else causing it in your case.
