We encountered the following problem: While on Portfolio, if we click an image, it opens a slider, and then another type of slider on top. Why and how to get rid of it? We don’t have plugins for that installed.
Also, Footer Logo doesn’t work. It still remains your logo.

I tried leaving a ticket but got an error about my item purchase code… so I’m trying my luck here. Me and my client are very happy with the theme so far, but there is something that badly suppresses the image quality. I was hoping you could assist me in lifting it or some other solution so that I can display their images with the crisp quality they actually have. To my client, it’s more important to keep a good image quality than to have a faster site.

Hi Author, I am using your theme but I got one issue. If I copy some files into child theme and modify it doesn’t work but if I directly modify the parent theme it works. Is there any way we can fix this issue. Otherwise when you guys update the theme my all the changes will go.

This is the single worst theme we’ve ever purchased – beautiful design but that is exactly where it stops. As soon you start customising the theme with your content, it starts to fall apart. The portfolio pages simply don’t work as intended at all. But worse than this is that the support team really makes no effort whatever to help you out when you run into these issues. The theme was purchased in Jan 2021. It is currently April 2021 and we’re trying to iron out bugs with zero help from the support team. Over support emails, the team will just refer you to a blog article which is not relevant to this template, which has literally nothing to do with the topic that was initially brought up through the support tickets. I honestly won’t but another theme from this developer again purely based off of this one experience. I really hope this reviews helps someone save not just the price of this theme but months of work and thousands of dollars worth of admin, bug fixing, formatting issues etc etc etc.

This theme has been a literal nightmare to work with. Avoid buying at all costs. Also the support from this team has been terrible. We’ve been working on this development since January. The portfolio pages simply don’t work the way they appear. At all.

1: Does it come with elementor and Wp bakery both? 1.1: Can you export both demos of these within single website?
2: When we import the demo do we get all home pages and all sliders or just one?

1. The theme comes only with Elementor page builder. Borgholm theme is compatible with WPBakery also, but this plugin is not included with the theme. All of the plugins included with the theme are listed in Theme Features list. Native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content. In case you wish to use WPBakery you can, since all the same shortcodes are included as well, however you need to purchase this plugin individually.
2. Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages, elements, sliders and settings which you can adjust to your needs.

It’s been over a week since purchasing this theme and I’m still not able to import demo content. The customer support was ZERO help at all, just referring me to chat with my server provider. After contacting them and doing the run around they confirmed the issue is not on their end. The customer support of this theme on helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com stopped responding to my ticket. It’s not a big issue even all I’m trying to do is install demo content like seen on https://borgholm.qodeinteractive.com/creative-agency (Ticket Number #107460)
I’m now going to try and request a refund from themeforest if no resolution.
Also when searching for this theme I filtered by themes using WPBakery, which this theme says is does… but it does not. It uses Elementor.

You didn’t mention that the slider revolution that comes with the team is the free version, as a result, the modules are very difficult to edit, can’t access and use images or videos from the object library. Also, the pages are not editable in Elementor. Overall, it is a very difficult and not user-friendly theme. With the $69 I can buy a cheaper, simpler theme and the full version of Slider revolution. Please I want to process a refund, how do I go about that?

Sorry to hear that you feel this way. Please note that Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Since IE is outdated and not being supported anymore by Microsoft some features not supported by the browser may create different effects or layouts, or some animations and rendering my look dull or different and that is, unfortunately, something that we are not in a position to fix.
The theme is supported by modern browsers for sure as well as we have checked the theme on IE Chrome and it is being displayed for sure.
