Am no more using that, may i know if i can resell the license to someone else?

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, ThemeForest (Envato) licenses are non-transferable. Once a license has been purchased, it is tied to the original buyer’s account and cannot be resold, transferred, or reassigned to another person. If you are no longer using the theme, the license simply remains unused in your account, but it cannot legally be sold or given to someone else. This is a standard Envato licensing policy and applies to all ThemeForest items, including ThemeREX themes.

Hi, willing to buy this theme. i am new to wordpress. i have some queries
1)can we set plans and limit for every user for ex- if a user has subscribed for a plan that includes a maximum of 10 listing, is it possible to limit his listing to 10. 2) can u provide the demo for buying a package and using it. 3) If an agent buy a package in which only 2listing is allowed,, than he posted a property, but deleted after sometime. now will the validity of posting the property left is 1 or 2? 4) should backend admin can auto approve the property posting, or admin will have do it manually or both features are given 5)Is there a provision for gateway integration on this theme, because most of the payment will be done online by our clients. 6) can we add indian payment gateways like razorpay, etc 7)Can we add woocommerce, or its available in theme?

5, 6, 7. Woocommerce plugin is not integrated into the theme by default. You may install the plugin, however you may need to create additional stylesheet for shop/product pages. If there is a need our Customization studio can create them for plugin full compliance. If WooCommerce is enabled, you can use the WooCommerce Razorpay Payment Gateway plugin to integrate Razorpay. I am interested in purchasing this theme. However, I need to know beforehand. Does this theme include some type of plugin where i can add my NLMS and will sync all the properties i currently have available with my sellers? Or so i have to manually add all of this information?

I recently downloaded the Good Homes theme from Element Envato and have been quite impressed with its performance. However, I encountered a bug when using it with WPML.
Specifically, when I switch languages to anything other than French, the country, states, and cities options fail to load. I’ve already tried disabling all caching, including CSS/JS optimization, but the issue persists.
Could you provide any insight regarding this bug?
