Hi, Thanks for your question again. It’s a WordPress file upload limit issue. You need to increase your file upload limit. It is better to contact your hosting provider they solved the issues within a short time.

I just contacted the host and they increased the file upload limit but the problem still persist. If you think I have to buy the theme again please let me know. This is becoming worrisome. Thank you
I never had any of this issue when I did the first installation.
Now my host have increased the file upload to WP maximum. Yet theme doesn’t install. Can you tell me the exact upload requirement to accommodate your theme please…

Hi, Thanks for your question. We use bootstrap 12 columns grid system but you use 16 columns that’s why it divided into two lines. You can easily manage it via your Geoport Options under the Footer Settings -> Footer Style One ( Default ) & footer column settings. Hello, I have just installed the last version of the theme (2.0.4) and I still get this warning message on the admin geoport options page: wp-content/plugins/geoport-master/framework/assets/js/geoport-plugins.js: jQuery.fn.size() is deprecated; use the .length property The theme doesn’t seem to be compatible with Wordpress 5.7. Are you working on this problem? I have another question. Is it possible to get in the (near?) future the theme update function available from the Wordpress back-end? Thanks.

Thanks for the fast answer. Yes, it’s a bit strange, I have checked the geoport-plugins.js file and I can’t see any jQuery.fn.size() function inside… The warning message is generated by the plugin “jquery migrate helper”. When I deactivate this plugin, I don’t have any js error in the console, so your theme and plugin looks actually fine with the last version of Wordpress. It is strange that jquery migrate helper generates this warning. Anyway, do you plan to make the theme update available from the Wordpress dashboard? Regards.

Is there a way we can make gallery responsive? Right now it looks like crap.. if 4 pics are horizontal and one is vertical, it pushes all other 4 pictures down and leaves a lot of blank space.. please see https://elmglobal.net/gallery/

However, even though I did the same, the mobile menu remains. Clicking the mobile menu moves the menu to the remaining state. The menu should be folded.
1. Click menu 2. move in page 3. menu fold. However, the menu does not fold.

Our theme supports multiple pages and when you change another page it refreshes the page and the menu folds automatically.

If you want to create a one-page homepage you need to flow few simple steps. First, create a one-page menu with the # sign. example( #about, #service, #contact ) etc. Please check the attached screenshot for more details.

I am trying to change the color of the main menu background and it’s not allowing me. I’ve checked inside Geoport Options, everything is correct and the correct Menu Styles are chosen. All colors change except for the menu background. Please advise?
